If I could give no stars I would… this app is an absolute joke. I can’t even get passed the establishing connection page. No matter if I’m connected to WiFi or cellular service it still won’t load. I lock my card then when I go to unlock or at least try to unlock it I CANT because this app doesn’t fully load in… really thinking about moving banks.

Absolute Garbage
This app just cost me a chance at getting a great deal on an online purchase because the app won’t load for me to verify the purchase. App won’t go past the “Establishing a secure connection” screen. Doesn’t matter if I’m on cellular or WiFi. Deleted and reinstalled. Makes no difference. No way to access Card Control without using this pathetic excuse for a banking app. Can’t access my own money now. I expected so much better from this bank, but will now be taking our money back to CapitalOne, who at least has a singular app to manage everything and actually earns interest. Unlike this joke of an institution that has a plethora of apps for every little thing.

Yet another app you have to download and set up ANOTHER account for. Do yourself a favor and find a better bank.
