Save your time, as this translator only correctly translated one out of five words that I put in to translate!
Easy to use and comprehensive
Just started learning German on Duolingo. This is a great way to expand on it and I always keep the app open while I'm doing lessons so I can research and expand my vocabulary as I go along

Excellent source
Provides translation of words and phrases, explains how the word is used in a sentence, provides a number of different contexts of the word, and provides an audio stream of the spoken word. I've noticed some words I've searched are not in the database, but it is still extensive.

It is definitely missing a few common words which are easily Googled. Other than that, it is a wonderfully easy app to use!

I love the way this app give the gender and plural of each word. It is my go-to app for German translation, though I have others.
Where are the plurals?
Unlike other dictionary apps, I don't see plural forms of nouns listed. I'm not paying $3 for the ad-free version of the content is so light!!!
Very Nice
I really like this app, it is helping me learn German as I have a friend who is fluent in several languages including German. I converse with her in German sometimes and this app helps translates some of the words or phrases I don't know. Highly recommended
Great App
For someone just learning German, this app is quite easy to use and handy. It sure beats keeping a small pocket-sized dictionary in your pocket at all times. Good, quick reference.

Great tool !
This app is great in that you can speak the English or German phrase into the microphone and have it speak it translated. Helps tremendously, and if in a jam (normally a bit rude) , you can have each party use it to converse back & forth as a direct translator.
