Overpriced and faulty app
When trying to create an account which accesses cheaper rates for charging an error message appears after entering payment details. This blocks you from creating an account however, the same details work if you choose to quick pay at their higher rates thus forcing you into paying extreme premium per kwh. Way above market rates. Sneaky tactics. Will never use this again.

Just doesn’t work
Can’t register in the app and map doesn’t even register the chargers.
Location problem
Denied the app location permissions, and it now completely refuses to work unless those permissions are granted
I don’t grant apps location permissions as a rule unless it’s actually required for the functioning of the app.
The app shouldn’t require this data in order to input a charger number / scan a QR code and pay for a charge. I’ve not come across any other EV apps with the same problem.

Location still loading after 10hrs!!!!
Dreadful, downloaded the app last night as these chargers have been installed at my golf club, 10hours later and the location is still loading, even tried deleting the app and reloading, it’s still loading the location, I don’t think your minor bug has been fixed / patched!!!
Easy
So easy to use. If all the charging apps out there this is by far the easiest.
