Unreliable system
Charging station keeps breaking down. Both station down at my residential area and I notified the support. The solution is to try another station when I clearly mention that both station are not working. No solution provided. Left my car to charge for 3 hours and it turns out it’s not charging.
Trash app design
You just want collect data. You cant even see the credit card number u filling. Never considered user experience. Trash. Delete this app.
Time EV Charging App
Was hoping the updated app would be better. Still a very poor user experience. Does not give accurate kWh while charging.
Upgrade or dowgrade
The recent upgrade app is terrible, i can’t even stop charging using the app. I have to ask for support. When it ended, i was overcharged twice. This is terrible.
Great improvement!
The UI is a lot cleaner and less clunky. The UX is better after this new layout change. Keep it up!
