Unreliable system
Charging station keeps breaking down. Both station down at my residential area and I notified the support. The solution is to try another station when I clearly mention that both station are not working. No solution provided. Left my car to charge for 3 hours and it turns out it’s not charging.
Trash app design
You just want collect data. You cant even see the credit card number u filling. Never considered user experience. Trash. Delete this app.
Time EV Charging App
Was hoping the updated app would be better. Still a very poor user experience. Does not give accurate kWh while charging.
Upgrade or dowgrade
The recent upgrade app is terrible, i can’t even stop charging using the app. I have to ask for support. When it ended, i was overcharged twice. This is terrible.

The UI is a lot cleaner and less clunky. The UX is better after this new layout change. Keep it up!

Calling this an app would be a farce. It does nothing but shows you a map of where the charger is.

Overall not good experiences using the app, interface is slow and lags.
Purpose of the app
This app does not serve any purpose apart from finding where there is a charger. You can’t tap on the charger / nor have the function to scan in the app / nor initiate the charger / nor monitor the status of charging. Even the instructions guide on the charger different from the app itself … at the end just scan the QR with camera and uses web browser. That have its own issues but the app is non even in the picture.

I really dont know what this app use for, no showing info except location. Not user friendly at all. Not showing charging status, no info whats going on, i dont know this app why exist
Avoid at all cost
You really shouldn't be using this app. Not knowing what card is linked to it, not knowing why the app just couldn't let you tap into the station, not knowing why you don't receive any emails when they say you'll be receiving some emails, not knowing what is the current charging status and worse you don't even see an active charging order. This should be addressed in the government e-complaint portal.

One of the worst app I’ve used. Absolutely not user friendly, super lag, it only works once in a blue moon. Terrible app developer

Lousy app
The app is very user unfriendly. Not smooth and not informative at all. Showing unnecessary location search result . Not information display regarding the charger status etc
