The advertisement shows English but the only options are variations of Spanish.
Need improvement
The delivery takes more than the time indicated, (seems they don’t have enough drivers) and the food usually gets to you cold. They don’t update the stores’ menu and usually are calling you to make changes in your order 😑. Definitely not worth it, but just one of the options the country has.

Conveniente y Fácil de usar
Tiene una interfaz muy atractiva y fácil de usar, en iOS después de la más reciente actualización no me muestra la sección nueva de “conveniencia “ me saca de la pantalla cada vez que la abro. Le doy 4 de 5 porque sé que está en crecimiento y van a mejorar algunos detalles, espero más comercios de afilien.

Una verdadera mejora
He utilizado la aplicación y definitivamente estoy feliz con el resultado. Hay una clara mejora con respecto a versiones anteriores.
Un asco
Al momento de enviar mi orden, la aplicación se cerró forzosamente y el pago ya había sido cobrado a mi tarjeta de débito. Tuve que llamar a su servicio al cliente más de 4 veces porque a pesar de haber sido cobrada, la orden no había sido enviada y me dijeron que alguien “decidiría si me cobraban de nuevo o no” un completo asco de servicio. Luego se una batalla de media hora, dijeron que lograron ver la orden. He eliminado esta aplicación, no pienso volver a utilizarla en mi vida.

Horrible service
2 1/2 hours for my food to arrive and wouldn't refund my money even though I didn't want it after 2 1/2 hours

You can't even select from every restaurant. It's maybe 4 out of 40 restaurants I can order food from, using this app in my area. Hugo is better!
Also, customer service is terrible. If you call customer service, and ask the person (en Español) if they speak English, they will hang up without knowing that I can speak Spanish. English is my primary language.
