Waste of time
Aligners are great but there’s no reason to scan. I’ve only gotten a response within 3 day’s once. Usually there’s no response from them.
Great for knowing when to switch out my aligners
All you do is take the scan about it and your orthodontist will look at it and I’ll tell you if you should switch or not. It helps them track your progress and what is needed for your teeth.
Pretty good
The app and the prompts itself are pretty good, the one issue i keep running into is that sometimes the scans just refuse to upload even though i have internet

The app is easy to use. Good prompts. It would be easier to start with aligners out rather than in. Would save a step.
Scans won’t upload
Recorded scans 4 times and it would not upload. I have good internet connection and it still won’t work. I called their headquarters and got there voicemail
Unstable
App isn’t letting me record a scan, and it been recently updated.
No longer works
This app used to work prior to the last two updates. I cannot get it to even present a login screen or go past the splash screen. Very frustrating

Flawless process
Grin made it such a flawless process to scan my teeth, especially because I work and don’t have time to go in person to see my orthodontist!
Grin is the reason I went forward with treatment
I was evaluating my 2nd round of ortho treatment a few months ago as a busy adult and my doctor introduced me to Grin. He told me he could monitor my treatment remotely in a 100% virtual setting so I didn’t need to come back into the office every 6-12 weeks for my aligner checks. This was seriously the answer to my prayers. I wanted to go back into aligners but couldn’t swing the frequent visits and take time away from work and commute to my doctors office. I would recommend Grin to anyone starting dental/ortho treatment, great way to be seen virtually and keep in touch with your doctor. Thanks for making it so simple and easy!
