Unclear if this app is still supported

Great resource
Everyone should have this App...

Doesn't work
Response from developer
Thank you for your response. To prevent abuse and spamming, our software will automatically stop sending text messages if you send too many alerts within a 24 hours period. From your feedback, we now post a status box to inform you if you have gone pass your alerts quota. Unless you are testing out the software, there is no reason to request for help multiple times per day. Hopefully this helps clear up the confusion. Our goal is to prevent willful abuse of the system towards other people. Please feel free to contact us at Feedback@Ready311.com
App can't be trusted: they broke Pebble support
Taking away a life saving feature from an app is a pretty serious change. The fact that this company seemed ok with making such a radical change to their app without clearly notifying their users that they won't be able to use it the same way, indicates that this company simply can not be trusted.
When we install app, especially ones that are only designed for use in an emergency, we need to trust that these apps will actually work when we need them to.
I'm feel glad that I found out about this broken app before I actually needed to use it. But I'm bothered thinking about all of the other Pebble watch users who think they have this app installed on their phone, and won't discover it stopped working until they need to use it.

Rubbish
GET THIS APP❗️❗️❗️
I used this to call 911. Hubby seemed to have calmed down, so I told the 911 operator not to come, fearing a confrontation.
This app texted Daughter. I was able to drive Hubby home while she arranged to have my County Sheriff pull into driveway the moment I was home & safely in the house.
Hubby was calmly taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
This app prevented at least an angry confrontation with City Police. Probably much more.
Good concept, implementation lacking.
“Nearby services" search (for hospitals etc.) opens in Google maps in Safari; pressing the “List” option brings up Google reviews! I want location details, not someone’s 3-star review of the hospital. Search results should open in native Maps or other map app.
Only two “test alerts” in free version; not enough to test functionality of the app.
I want to like this app and think it could serve a very valuable purpose, but it needs a lot of work.

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. Back in 2015, the Pebble was still trying to work out its glitches. As of December 2016, the Pebble has been discontinued and acquired by FitBit. We no longer support the Pebble. This review is not valid. More information about the Pebble http://fortune.com/2016/12/07/pebble-smartwatch-fitbit/ Feel free to contact us a Feedback@Ready311.com
Great app!
I have some medical issues, and this is a cheaper and better alternative to life alert for me.
