No restaurants with new app
I had the old app for about a year. It ok, at least I knew I was supporting local restaurants so I put with the small things that made it not great. I downloaded the new version (the old was pink, new one is black). I literally have 3 restaurants, what happened to all the other restaurants? I’ll never use it if there are no options.

App Doesn’t work for all businesses
My favorite business is on this app but I can’t order using it. I go to pay never gives me a option
Beware of menu prices
I love the idea of supporting local business, and have no problem with a delivery fee and service charge. But, they’re tacking on $1-2 PER ITEM. Items that are $9 on the restaurant menu are $10.50 through LoCo. $6 fries are $8 in the app. I didn’t see this explicitly mentioned anywhere.
No Clarity on Delivery Zones
App shows they deliver in Vegas but not WHERE in Vegas. I’ve tried my home and work address but none are within the delivery area. We need more clarity on how far we can order from.
App has lots of issues!
8 out of 10 times, I can’t get food delivered due to an issue with the app. They want to be part of the solution, but if the app doesn’t work and the other third party delivery companies do, then they’re not helping anybody.

App full of bugs
I love the concept of this company, but their app is very buggy. I ended up having to order on my pc, abs when I look at my account on their app it showed no pending order! I had to call the restaurant to ensure they got my order. Fix your app!
Where is it?
Downloaded the app but I keep forgetting about it it doesn’t show on my apps page. I have to go to App Store to search then open that’s goofy hope that gets fixed
Love the Concept, App Needs Work
I successfully ordered through the app and was overall satisfied, however I had to call the restaurant myself to confirm my order because the app glitched and wasn’t allowing them to confirm it on their end. After that was sorted, my order was made and delivered within the given time frame. Food was great, I have no issues with the restaurant. The app itself is clunky and hard to maneuver for certain functions. Trying to leave the restaurant a review is nearly impossible because the keyboard blocks the lower portion of the screen where the text box is. There’s no way to scroll down to see what you’re typing. After hitting “save” on a review of an order nothing happens. It doesn’t tell you it was successfully saved or confirmed, the screen doesn’t change at all. You just have to hit the back button and hope the review went through. I also wish there was an order page or search page button on the bottom where the “account” and “my orders” buttons are. To get back to the searching for restaurants function you have to hit the back button a million times or close out of the app entirely in order to start over.

Good idea, limited selection, still buggy
I really be appreciate being able to support local businesses with fees going more directly to them. However the app still needs work. Depending on what city you’re in, the number of restaurants is pretty limited. Also, the app won’t show my info or past orders, which is kind of annoying.
The worst!
I’ve been able to successfully use this app 1 time out of at least 30 times. It’s just NOT good. Very disappointing since it kills me to support UberEats/Postmates. Get it together, Loco!
It’s ok.
The app definitely needs lots of work. Like filter out the closed options. Also I got told 17mins was too far to deliver 🤷♂️ so probably not gonna use this for a while till updates. The best part are the choices the app offers and I can see this becoming better.
App needs work
I’ve been trying to use Loco since I heard about it, but the app just has too many issues. Nowhere to add notes for delivery driver. Why feature “closed” restaurants on list of places to order from? At least place those at the bottom of the list. Though I do appreciate the open close times for those open. But then there’s when you get to your order page. The updates are hardly ever consistent. No way to cancel the order. If you leave the app you have to start back at the apps homepage and select the city you’re in yet again. Customer service is hard to find. Hope this helps! Love the idea of it, just need to work out some kinks

Great concept but
I really love the idea behind this app, but almost every restaurant I’ve tried to order from says my address is out of their delivery zone.. I don’t understand the point of a delivery app if I can’t even get my food delivered. Also, I wish there was a way to know that I am not within a delivery zone before going through the process of adding items to my bag to only be constantly disappointed. I’m sure it’s a great service for those who are close enough to the restaurants.

Critical flaw
Great interface but it won’t let me enter my email address to complete checkout.
So cool to see local places!
Every time I open Uber and grub hub I’ll look up what I’m in the mood for. And EVERY time I get 20 different McDonalds locations. The selection here is great because is all local places, some I hadn’t even heard of before. So cool to be able to find great food from real people, all while avoiding giving money to completely morally bankrupt companies like Uber. If it’s in your city I would highly recommend.

Very Simple to use however cannot adjust the requested delivery to later than ASAP?
Great App and amazing company
My experience with ordering and receiving my food has been flawless so far. The menus are more accurate and up to date than the other delivery apps, and food arrives fast and fresh. They have a real life “dispatcher” who monitors the deliveries so you always have someone to talk to in case of an issue.

Great customer support
Submitted wrong order and then submitted correct order right after, didn’t realize I paid for both; customer service caught it and called me before I could even start follow up. Great service with a ton of local options. Use them

App is well designed, minimal without the bloat that the other deliver apps have.
