Customer service
The ball was easy to set up and the app is easy to use. We had an issue at 9,000 reps. We called customer service and they sent out a new ball quickly. The customer service rep went above and beyond. My son’s team is having a competition and the rep suggested we keep track of our reps with a regular ball and text him our daily number so he could update the app and my son wouldn’t get behind! Thanks again!!

Stopped working
The ball stopped charging like a month after buying it. Even when it worked, it wasn’t counting all shots and reps. I really wanted it to work, but it doesn’t. My friend had the same issues.
Great tool for serious athletes
I loved this ball, I used mine every chance I got, then I ended up breaking it after hitting the pipe a ton of times, super helpful customer service, they sent me a new one as soon as possible and I’m back to counting my reps and seeing my speed increase . Great app, great company, and great product, super happy with my purchase

Great app
I love the app and it helps me get better but there is a bug with friending it doesn’t show on the friends list
GREAT but...
I love the idea but i got a couple things, A) why wont it save my user name? B) can it update while the phone is off? Having it on is a little inconvenient. Other then that no complaints. AWESOME
