Great tool for serious athletes
I loved this ball, I used mine every chance I got, then I ended up breaking it after hitting the pipe a ton of times, super helpful customer service, they sent me a new one as soon as possible and I’m back to counting my reps and seeing my speed increase . Great app, great company, and great product, super happy with my purchase

GREAT but...
I love the idea but i got a couple things, A) why wont it save my user name? B) can it update while the phone is off? Having it on is a little inconvenient. Other then that no complaints. AWESOME

Great product
Took four tries to update the firmware (ball is 5-star, and app is 3-star)
The ball misses some throws until the firmware is updated, as confirmed by app support. However, the update process is a bit cumbersome, but here’s how I completed it (YMMV). 1) Charge to 100% 2) Take ball off the charger and start the update process 3) When it fails simply hit the “Update Firmware” again and repeat until it updates. Mine failed three times in a row before it finally fully updated.

Bought two neither worked
Bought two balls, each came with a charger. One wouldn’t charge on either charger, one vibrates while on charger and doesn’t charge. Both after 0 reps, never got any use out of them whatsoever. Waste of money.

This is a good app and all put there is one big problem i cant scroll down when i am in a workout for shooting this is a big problem because i cant see my speed i would 100% love this app if this problem was fixed
Cool Idea but...
They clearly spent all their R&D money on the ball. The app is terrible.
If you want the activity feed to update: delete and reinstall the app. Accept a friend request? Delete the app and reinstall. See you workout summary update?... you guessed it delete and reinstall.
Oh and don't bother trying on an iPad the app crashes immediately. For an IoT device that requires an app to even function, they really need to spend some serious developer dollars to make the app work.

It doesn’t work for my on my iPad but it works on my phone so idk how to fix it but it Js shuts out when I open it
Product review
This product keeps on letting me down by having errors left and right while trying to set it up. Statistic wise this is a great product by giving lessons and giving accurate numbers compared to other speed trackers like a speedometer. Overall great product just waiting for a better website and a bit more simplicity.

Great for young players too.
These lacrosse balls are amazing and game changing for kids. Bought them for 8 year old boys. They love tracking their wall ball and the speed of their shot. It makes working on basic skills a lot more fun and interesting. Tracking their training day to day is a great motivator. They can’t wait to practice and have seen a vast improvement in just a few short weeks.

Big Improvements
The new Get Reps lacrosse ball and app update are a huge improvement. The updated ball has a much stronger and more consistent connection, which makes training sessions smoother and more reliable. The app is working flawlessly now, and I’ve had no issues since the update. On top of that, their customer service is excellent—responsive, helpful, and clearly committed to making sure players have the best experience. Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and highly recommend Get Reps for anyone serious about their lacrosse training.

Amazing product and support
Such and amazing and innovative tool and app. The Get Reps ball makes my son want to hit the wall and take practice shots on goal. The fact that he can compete with friends is even better. But look no product is perfect, right? Well let me tell you something, the team at GetReps nails customer service and support. I had a small problem and contacted them, they responded right away, on a weekend, in the evening. Not only did they respond but they worked to fix the issue I was having in a few days. Just amazing. If you or your child plays lax this smart ball and app are a must have!

I love this product! It motivates me to work hard and get more reps every single day. The app includes a way to track your daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly workout summary’s it convinces you to work hard everyday and spend time hitting the wall or working on shooting. The app includes videos that provides helpful training for players looking to increase their lacrosse level. This ball counts your reps and the time it takes u to complete the reps, the ball can tell you your shot speed and how many shots you took and the best part is, it keeps all the information stored for you to view at any time. There is a leaderboard used to motivate players to keep working hard and get more reps to eventually work to climb to the top of the leaderboard. If you are wondering if you should get this product I say ABSOLUTELY!! Also, the support from their employees is extremely good and friendly they work hard to help you to reach your goals at GET REPS!

Waste of money
Had issues within the first week of use. Ball stopped counting reps after 3 days of using it. Took a week for “support” to agree to send a replacement ball, but they forgot to send it, so it went out even LATER. The second ball still won’t count reps correctly (counts every 3rd rep), and the firmware will not update on any device we connect it to. For a company that prides itself on its product and customer service, the product is continuously faulty and customer device is unresponsive. Even the co-owners aren’t responsive to calls and voicemails from dissatisfied customers. I wanted to like the ball and my kids enjoyed it while it lasted, but it caused more frustration and annoyance than anything else. Not worth the money and time. And I’m STILL waiting for a response and refund!!!
