Nonworking app
This app is useless does not work on my phone. It is completely blank when I opened it. deleted it reinstall it. Same problem.
Heartbroken
Long time satisfied user of the desktop site. Downloaded the iPhone app b/c I need to schedule a call for later this week & was hoping to track the process. BUT whenever I try to open the app I get a blank white screen. Would rate 0 stars if I could. What a waste of time.

Doesnât work
I have loved & used this app since 2004. It does not work now. When I open it I get nothing more than a white screen. And for some reason a non-working app is on the App Store. It is a waste, do not use your storage on it.

The only thing that shows up when launching the application is a white screen. Not very useful.
Dead app, website still works
Hasn't been updated in six years as of 2024. On iOS 18 it just opens with a blank screen, even after reinstallation. Should be deleted from the App Store if the developer won't update it.

Horrible I canât open app!
HORRIBLE! The app opens to a blank page and doesnât work. It seems like a technical issue that the developers need to address. Please let me know when itâs fixed, as Iâd like to use it once itâs working properly
Well, used to be good but
I've had this program for a long time probably 5+ years and I've loved it. It's really been handy and useful. However, the last two times I tried to use it when I tap on the app. All I get is a white screen. Nothing happens nothing loads just simply nothing. I'm guessing the app is no longer supported with all of the Apple iOS updates. I'm on a iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17.7. So I guess this app is no longer supported by the developer.

Now it's thoroughly broken (opens toa blank white screen and stays there).
Doesn't Apple vet the apps it allows on the store? Last "update" was 6-years ago so, Apple, I think it's safe to say this is no longer maintained and simply doesn't work.
