Does the trick let you buy the tickets and give you QR codes however customer service and site not the best.

Never opens only crashes. I just bought tickets 2 weeks out through the venue website.
I have to get the ticket QR code through this app.
Can you click on the link in the email and the app tries to open but crashes immediately.
I’m hopeful in the next two weeks they fix this.

Same issues as other users
I’m trying to log into my get in app and everything is blank. I’ve updated the app and still no avail. I’m scared that I won’t be able to access the tickets I purchased for an event that is 3 days away
Fake Tickets that venues don’t recognize
If you also got scammed by this app, one way I’m doing is to dispute payment with your bank.
SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
SCAM SCAM SCAM Please do not trust them anyone can create a fake events and they scam you by selling fake tickets. When you get to the event the tickets don't scan. When you contact the customer service they have no idea what's flying all they keep repeating is please contact the organizer and when you do obviously no one answers because it's a scam. So you tell customer service and they are absolutely no help at all they do nothing to resolve the issue. This is a huge SCAM.

I can’t open the app to get my ticket
The new update made it worse
I used to be able to see my tickets in app but the new update made this app unusable. It won’t load anything. I had a panic that I forgot to buy tickets for an upcoming event but I was able to find my tickets by logging in online.
Trash app seems to be a scam
I have not been able to view my account for months now. It feels as if the creators of this app are cunningly committing fraud.
NOT working AT ALL.

App Does Not Load
Even after updating the app, nothing pulls up when you open it. The display is all wonky and you can’t click anything. It’s also the only way to view your ticket. Even if you log in on desktop, you can only pull up your ticket via the mobile app. Just bad design. Easily the worst ticketing experience I’ve ever had.

On IOS 18.6.2 on iPhone11 app not working and crashes out. Cannot view tickets.

Glitches immediately. Can’t log in or view anything. Tried deleting and redownloading the app too.
