This app was impressive but not amymore
Used this app for years and saw the improvements but 2025/2026 I noticed a lot of technical issues delays, customer service and many issues that started to use other apps where is faster and solve issues right away
Poor service
1 out of the 2 meals I ordered was missing and was offered a refund that takes 7 days to go through, instead of just redelivering the missing items. I am currently disabled on crutches and this has made it extremely hard to get more food as I am not using this service again

Allows foreign phone numbers but not foreign cards?
Why as a canadian can i put my phone number and it allows me to make an account yet i cannot use any of my cards to pay. Mastercard or american express ?? Defeats the purpose

No customer service and zero friendly interface
It’s the worst food delivery out there. I used it in turkey and the interface is mostly in Turkish even if you change it to English but it’s not the worst part. It always delivers late and their customer support is zero! No apologies, no refunds for messed up orders nothing.
Amazing speed, but not optimized enough for international tourists
The delivery is very fast, but I had a lot of trouble with the app.
1. Registration problem: When I tried to sign up, I selected "France", but you only have the +33 prefix. I am from the French Overseas Territories, so my code was missing and l couldn't use my number. Also, like most travelers, I only use mobile data or Wi-Fi in Turkey and I don't have access to my home network to receive international SMS. I had to ask a friend in another country to receive the code for me! You should use WhatsApp for verification, as it only requires an internet connection.
2. Menus, Photos et Descriptions : La partie "Courses" est traduite, mais la partie "Food" est uniquement en turc. J'ai vu une photo de poulet et riz en sauce, mais j'ai reçu du poulet et du riz sec car la photo était juste une image générale.
La Solution : Les restaurants doivent fournir de vraies photos pour chaque plat. S'ils ne le peuvent pas, ils doivent au moins fournir une description détaillée (par exemple : si le plat est en sauce ou sec, comment il est cuisiné, etc.) que nous puissions traduire. Il est impossible pour un voyageur de savoir ce qu'il achète avec juste un titre en turc et une photo générique.
Conclusion: I am giving 5 stars because this app is indispensable. Your drivers are incredibly fast, and the option to leave a delivery note is a lifesaver! Since I don't have a local number, it creates a vital link with the driver; it allows me to give all the necessary instructions to ensure a smooth delivery, which really gives me peace of mind. Thank you for your hard work and this great initiative. I truly hope you will read my message and consider these improvements to make your application accessible to the entire world!

Number not supposed be. No verification code
Couldn’t open an account because I don’t have a Turkish number😥 my country code is there but it says it’s not supported. Why show a long list of country codes if they’re not supported in your system hence, I couldn’t receive the verification code. And I couldn’t make my order. I tried using a different number with a different country code I couldn’t receive the verification code as well. i thinks it’s a good app for someone whose number is recognised. Maybe you can try sending verification codes via email or WhatsApp as well.

Cant order in different countries
I tried to order while abroad and it says that you can’t use foreign cards. Makes no sense when my cards are open and work anywhere I try them around the country. Very disappointing and literally going to bed hungry.
