The new app update makes doing things unnecesarilly compcated and you cannot write any notes to your order. What a downfall getir has endured. /// uygulamaya getirilen son güncelleme yapmam istenilen şeyleri çok zorlaştıeıyor ve gereksiz karmaşıklaştırıyor. Siparişlere not da yazılmıyor artık. i can’t find anything i was looking for anymore. this place looks like temu now. bring back the minimal/clean design. the new ui is extremely confusing and overwhelming. sap sarı promosyonların resimlerin yarısını kaplamasına gerek yok, yemekleri göremiyorum. ayrıca yapay zeka resimlerini kaldırın lütfen, hala işletmelerin kullandıklarını görüyorum.

I and our group would have loved to use this app for food delivery and groceries during our week long stay, unfortunately no English language option in shopping section so don’t even know what we’re looking at maybe one day in a few years you will realise the amount of

Völlig unbrauchbar für internationale Gäste und Touristen
Absolut enttäuschend. Ich bin im Hotel und wollte Essen bestellen, aber die App verweigert die Zahlung komplett. Weder deutsche noch US-Kreditkarten werden akzeptiert – das System verlangt zwingend eine türkische Bankkarte. Ausländische Zahlungsmittel werden einfach abgelehnt.
In welcher Zeit leben wir bitte, dass eine Liefer-App im Jahr 2026 keine internationalen Kreditkarten unterstützt? Für Touristen, Geschäftsreisende und jeden ohne türkisches Bankkonto ist diese App komplett nutzlos. Dringend nachbessern!

Used to sell alcohol, now it doesn’t
Hata veriyor ve olmayan sipariş için ücret çekiyor
Uygulama sipariş verirken sürekli “Bir hata oluştu” uyarısı verdi ve siparişimi tamamlayamadım. Buna rağmen hesabımdan ücret çekildi ve kurye adıma bir sipariş getirdi. Geçmiş siparişlerimde böyle bir kayıt bile yoktu. Elimde ekran kaydı ve görüntüler olmasına rağmen müşteri hizmetleri hiç bir şey yapmıyor. Bu kadar temel bir işlemin bu şekilde sorun çıkarması ve bunu kullanıcının ödemesi kabul edilemez.

This app was impressive but not amymore
Used this app for years and saw the improvements but 2025/2026 I noticed a lot of technical issues delays, customer service and many issues that started to use other apps where is faster and solve issues right away
Poor service
1 out of the 2 meals I ordered was missing and was offered a refund that takes 7 days to go through, instead of just redelivering the missing items. I am currently disabled on crutches and this has made it extremely hard to get more food as I am not using this service again

Allows foreign phone numbers but not foreign cards?
Why as a canadian can i put my phone number and it allows me to make an account yet i cannot use any of my cards to pay. Mastercard or american express ?? Defeats the purpose
