Alerts not received

There was a mini bulk but no alert received. Happened twice in the last 3 days

Response from developer

Hi Sir/Mam, In order to avoid the false paging alert, we don't send alerts for low availability slots. This is because those slots disappear within a minute due to a bug, and our users find it annoying that they receive an alert and no slots are shown by the time they log in. We monitor this manually and make sure to send alerts when actual bookable slots are available.

Fails to notify

This app does not work and it fails to notify me. I have taken the premium subscription but I have not received even a single notification yet. So far it looks like a waste of money.

Response from developer

Hi Sir/Mam, There have been no H1B slot availabilities for the last 2-3 months. That's the reason why it's not being sent All our premium users have confirmed multiple times to get alert and booking. If you have any concerns, feel free to ping us via the Telegram group, and we are happy to explain in further detail. You can also check the help guide to understand why the alert might have failed.
