I have been using GR off and on Since 1998 and it has everything a Soloprenuer needs for customer support & connecting.
Doesn’t let me log in
I was really excited to try out this app, but I cannot even use it! It had me register by giving me the option of either using my Google email or Microsoft, both didn’t work. I then created an account and when I tried logging in with the email and password I had just created it said it was wrong. I tried resetting the freshly created account in hopes that it was my mistake, but it did nothing. Such a disappointment, didn’t even get a chance to try it out!!

Be aware of billing unfair practice
GetResponse has a very unfair billing process. They called non refund policy. If you by mistake put any money such as Facebook advertising with them or renew by accident, they will not refund your money. I call it money grabbers. I invested 100USD in Facebook advertising that never could make it work. Accounts didn’t connect and lot of problem that I decided to quit. I asked for my refund and they NO. Our non refund policy does not allow us to do so, they said. Then they said to go ahead and used as credit for the next renewal forcing me to renew my subscription. When I did the credit never showed and was no way to know if did apply or not. At the end they said that the credit never been apply for I did renew it before they apply the credit even though they told me to go-ahead.
Now they want me to renew it again or change my plan so I can use my credit. Should I trust these people? I asked repeatedly my refund but they will not do it.
I will mot recommend this company again to no one.
