TERRIBLE APP/ COMPANY
This may be the single worst delivery platform out there. They release updates claiming to fix issues, and in the process make the entirety of the app/admin dashboard useless. The order is different on every device we own so no one actually knows the proper order for deliveries. They claim theyre working on fixes and will then gaslight you into believing they are working on it for months at a time. All of this, and theyre clearly crooked, look into their financial scandals. STEER CLEAR OF THIS APP.

Lies
It says it will give you $300 if you complete 25 deliveries but you never do cuz they stop giving you deliveries for a while so that you don’t do 25 deliveries. This is BS.
Needs Improvement
My principal issue with this app is the abandon order button. It is positioned right below the “complete order” button and has no follow up confirmation question. I’ve accidentally hit that button several times and had to call dispatch to get the order back. This is SUCH an easy fix! All it would take is an “are you sure?” message.
I like that this app has the ability to work with several map apps, but it’s estimation of drive time is wayyyyy off. It always estimates that it will take 15-30 more minutes than it actually does.
This app also has issues with crashing. I have the newest software and the newest update but after I get about 10 completed orders, the app crashes immediately once getting to the completed orders page. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but after completing an order it immediately takes you to the completed orders page.
My final complaint is mostly aesthetics. Occasionally I have to deliver an order that is in a no service area, which causes issues for finding my way to the next delivery, but it completely loses connection to GetSwift. Once I renter the service area and the app connects again it shows an orange “Trying Connection” bar until I get sick enough of it that I completely kill the app and restart.

They are stalking me a few years later...
I signed up to deliver for them 3 years back, but never did any after seeing how they operated their business. Now in late 2019 They will not stop asking me to help them with deliveries. I text to stop to their automated messages but they come with new numbers to send the messages from every time they’re short staffed. Not professional at all! Lose my number!!!

Wish I could rate lower
This app makes my phone crash and freeze constantly. It is the bane of my existence. Sometimes I forget I live in 2019 and have LTE because my phone is as slow as 2005 with this app open.
The development team is always very rude and dismissive when we address them with these issues.
“New” versions never seem to actually fix the issue. Putting a new logo on it doesn’t make it not give my phone digital polio.
