Pathetic customer care
Its been more than a week to get my address changed and still no response! Just change of address takes this much of time and interaction with the customer care with no results! Absolutely frustrating. No refund as well!

UX is big failure
After entering the office location not able to continue as I’m getting message that saying ‘you need to revalidate the OTP and there is no option for the same. What kind of frustrating UX is this?

Great service! Hassle free and saves you the trouble of your cab drivers canceling on you at the last minute. Give it a go and you will never go back to other options!! 5 stars!
Run by unprofessional irrelevant people
Your customer care doesn’t even pick calls, drivers are even worse! They switch off phones and keep, i waited 1 hour after my pick up time just to give benefit of doubt to you people. Unprofessional attitude where you can’t even pick call by you folks seals the fate for me. Wish you luck

This is possibly the worst travel app. The idea is great but implementation and customer service is pathetic. Every ride u have to call customer care either driver is late or not trained... or the other passengers pick up is de-route. Never on time and definitely not worth it. Work on your app model and business model

No edit option available
The app lacks the basic ability to change the locations. Folks once you set the locations you can’t go back and edit it. That’s the first thing a cab service application should be providing. There’s a lot of navigational issues within the app which has forced me to stop from using the app or even refer it to others. It’s very much at its early stage and needs plenty of improvements. In short, unable to use the app hence I’m forced to opt out of it.

Best office commute app
This is the best office commute app because since I subscribed to this app I never reach late to office and pricing is also very reasonable. Love the idea. Kudos to the team ☺️
Great Idea but poor execution
Great idea, tying to solve daily inconvenience. Operation and route optimisation is also good. But the tech team seems to be pathetic. I have been reporting issues with app crashing and track button not working and every time the response is the team is working. Can’t fix a simple issue in 2 weeks!!

Doesn’t work on iPhone
Issue while selecting pickup location. Can’t select it on iPhone.
Doesn’t allow to signup
I am on iOS and it doesn’t allow me to select home location. It keeps saying unable to show search results. Though the search shows my apartment. So unable to signup
Bad experience
Unable to add home location, it always says “Can’t load search results”. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, nothing works.

Unable to do the initial setup. Idea of the app is amazing though.
Cannot even sign up
I had their representative at the office and I escalated that I cannot select my home location. He said that it is a server issue and that it will be resolved in next 2 hours. It has now been a full day and I cannot even select my home location.
I am curious as to how they even release an app without testing it. If the onboarding experience is like this, then the quality of service is questionable.

Worst app
One of the worst app I used. It just crashes in all the places. It shows tracking but nothing will happen if you tap on Track. I guess developer forgot to add a selector for button.

I had a pathetic experience with them. I live in an area where it’s very difficult to get cabs so I subscribed to their service.
First they ask me get ready an hour before my slot just to be safe with their timings, despite me staying 20 minutes away from my office.
Additionally, they simply changed my slot without giving any prior intimation whenever they wanted and simply asked me to adjust over it
This is hypocrisy from their end where they get to act as they want without any planning whatsoever.
I’m very disappointed to see them take no responsibility at all

Good idea bad app
The idea is brilliant, but app isn’t that great.

Free Bangalore Darshan with dust/smoke and sweat on the road
In the trial you guys have smooth ride. Today was first paid ride. Tagged me along with someone outside of the route to office.. ate up extra one hr of my time on road with blore darshan taking a detour to pick someone in huge traffic areas. I normally reach office Max in1 hr. It took two solid hours. Once we pay..you guys have absolutely no ethics. The driver too kept switching off a/c every now and then and yes had to bear with all the stench outside +dust and noise. How different is it from using an auto? I experienced all Ur marketing gimmicks against other options just in my first day. Pathetic I would say. Bad routing!! When an employee leaves home early to work it's to reach office early not to have Bangalore darshan in blore traffic in your ride and end up later than usual. One hr lost. Missed important meeting.. extremely disappointed.

Quickride even though a little different in concept (coz employees are sharing the ride and may not get door step pick up) but seems reliable in terms of above problems are concerned.

Amateur app, Good idea
The idea of providing guaranteed daily commute to tech parks is great because these are the people who are looking for cabs everyday.
However the app is very rudimentary. It doesn’t support change of home location. If I entered my location and changed it after for a different package, I can’t. Also, only 3-4 tech parks in ORR are available. What about the other tech parks in dairy circle? Need the IBC Knowledge park as a work location. There are enough people going from ORR to that tech park. When will that be added?
Also, what about night shift employees? Will they get opposite direction cabs guaranteed? Work to Home in the morning around 8 am and back from home to work in the evening around 6 pm?

Thanks for your feedback. We are presently operating only in a few Tech Parks around Bellandur. We will be eventually opening the service up for other Tech Parks as well. Regarding the home location change ...yes that is an issue right now , we are working on it, to resolve.
