Pathetic app… app needs work. We can’t book the ride on this app

Very bad customer support and drivers

They will make us wait for how much ever time they want, but if we are late by 5 mins (unintentionally) driver will move away by leaving us without informing and these customer support team will blame us for everything even if we have paid them in prior by trusting them blindly. Cabs are not clean, drivers are not punctual and arrogant, customer support team is worst and not consumer friendly.
