Needs lot of improvements
App is better and improved but lost existing features like scanning UI. Don’t know what’s happening now as it doesn’t show anything. GPS locator of cab is missing. Can’t see on the app at all. Also please add call driver option from app. It’s very inconvenient to call cab driver as manually have to copy the number.

Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs
Absolutely the worst transportation service I’ve ever experienced. Routematic is incredibly unreliable, with frequent delays, poor route planning, and last-minute cancellations that leave employees stranded. Customer support is practically useless—they either don’t respond or provide generic replies without resolving anything.
Driver coordination is chaotic, ETAs are inaccurate, and the app often fails to provide reliable updates. Instead of reducing stress, this service adds unnecessary frustration to every commute. If punctuality and professionalism matter to you, this service is a complete disappointment.
I would never recommend Routematic to anyone. There are far better employee transportation providers that actually value their users’ time and safety.

Bug where screen freezes
After a trip is completed, app ask for the driver review stars. Sometimes the review popup does not show up at all, and because of this if i try to click on any of the buttons it doesn’t work, even closing and reopening doesnt help.
I try to reinstall it again which do help but it is very tiring. See if you can fix this on priority

I had a very poor experience with the Routematic app. The app is not good at all and it is definitely not worth using. One of the biggest problems is that the bus driver’s contact number is not shown in the app, which makes it very difficult to communicate when there are delays or pickup issues. An app meant for transportation should at least provide basic features like driver contact details. Overall, the app needs a lot of improvement to be useful for users.

The absolute worst app ever
This app gets struck every 2 weeks had to install and uninstall in my iPhone, initially I thought this happens only to me, but I see lots of iPhone users facing this. Seriously because of this app I feel like not using my office sponsored transport. App freezes if feedback to the driver is not given immediately after the ride. And if I miss that window only option is to uninstall and install. There is no other option
