Annoying bugs
When you close an image it often scrolls back to the top of the search. So you get to scroll back again and try to land where you were.
Also it’s always crashing. Clicking in an image is done knowing you may crash the app.

Doesn’t work?
I pay for premium access but this app won’t let me search or download a single piece of content to my iPhone 15? Don’t understand how such an established company could have an app that’s not even usable.

Apparently the iPhone 15 Pro Max with 616GB free isn’t sufficient to run this horrible app. What do you suggest? Does anyone test this app? The interface falls off the screen, if you want to check out a similar image, the app stalls and force quit, losing where you are, is the only option. What am I doing wrong?
Suggestion, GettyImages works far better in Safari. I don’t know why I thought the App would be better. Not so.

Very concise but has annoying bugs
When you click on an image in the search results and then exit, the app automatically scrolls back to the top, and it takes a long time to get back to where you were just looking. Please fix this ASAP

GettyImages, I love the idea of a GettyImages App, lets me casually plan out my next project with my feet up in my easy chair. Sadly, the app continuously stalls and crashes. Often the close button is not available as it is positioned in the cut corners of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Rotating sometimes helps, though the app usually stalls and never recovers. Anytime I see an update, I anticipate fixes, although does anyone actually test the App on the iPhone? I’ve reinstalled the App, no better experience. The quickest way to crash the app is after selecting an image to view, press any “Similar Images”, and the App locks. Then you have to force quit, and try to find the path to where you were. So tedious, it’s work, no pleasure.

Unusable
The app will boot you back to the first photo of a search and it is infuriating to use. You tap on a photo then try to swipe to the next and it’s from a different event.

What more can l say, seems these guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Nothing has changed to optimised this newer iPhones & iOS.

It’s the best high quality photo app ever
This is the best app to look at high quality photos that were taken a long time ago. I just love that there are no blurry images and al high quality instead. Thanks Getty images
Update needed
Please update for compatibility with iPhone 14 Pro models + the ability to open and close and image and not have it return to the top of the of the results page.
This app will not display my images.
This app used to work very well a few years ago. Now it has deteriorated to a point where nothing works. Multiple images of my collection are sometimes shown and there has been no new additions added even though on my other gallery app (EyeEm), they indicate that they have been added. There’s no way of contacting Getty Images to report the problem except by writing this review.

keeps crashing
Start reading news scroll to bottom of page and app crashes and closes . Tried it 5 times same thing everytime . I’m on a new iPad Pro , I don’t have this problem with any other app and I use several large apps . My opinion don’t bother with it .
Just awful on iPhone
Try clicking your way through related photos and the app locks up without remorse. Force quitting is your only way out.
Pix are sensational! The app is poorly programmed. Too bad Getty doesn’t have enough funds to fix it….

Unusable, can’t access the filter button due to placement. Half of the functions just don’t work. Stick to desktop

The app isn't smooth. It freezes, tapping doesn't always work. It needs help. Update please.

Can’t use the menu. Too small. Keep clicking the search and NOTHING.
