This app keeps trying to charge me $30 every month and I don’t want it, never wanted it, I can’t get rid of recurring charge Be careful
Bad user experience
Hardly to order food successfully. I can’t easily exit item by clicking cross button. Once it works, you will also misclick home button and fully exit food menu. Try over and over, totally desperate for a patient.
Useless
If you have your hospital’s app and your own entertainment apps this is of little value.

Constant errors
It hasn’t let me use it once at this point the walls more interesting than the tv cuz the program doesn’t work on there either
Nice App for our hospital stay
We downloaded the app while we had our daughter at the hospital at Adventist, Hanford California. We watched a movie. One of the reps ended up visiting us and gifted me for Mother’s Day, and his daughter made a beautiful bracelet. App worked great on our iPad.
Works fine
Works fine with the GetWell Loop. Until now, I had to use a web shortcut as inside the Lifebridge App you get a page doesn’t exist error when you click on the Loop. It seems to have everything as the web version. Thank you.
Poor
It is rare that I can access get into the app. It says signing in and nothing happens. Very frustrating when in the hospital, sick and your phone is dying.
I don't get it
Probably the least useful app ever created. Serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever in The ER.
Tells you nothing useful. Tracks nothing at all. Only provides cheap entertainment option.

No keyboard ?
I downloaded this app to have access to the keyboard and you can’t even do that.

Not great on iPad
The app displays in portrait mode only, making it difficult to use on an iPad with a keyboard attached.
No link to register?
I was prompted by my medical provider to download this app. I did but it’s useless - there is no way to create a login to even use it.
