Anmeldung nicht möglich

Bei Nutzung meines I-Phones kann ich mich nicht mehr über WLAN in der App anmelden. Durch Zufall habe ich hier eine Rezension gelesen, dass derjenige sich nur über 5G anmelden kann. Bei mir ist das gleiche Problem. Wie möchten Sie das Problem lösen?

Läuft nicht

Kann mich seit der Installation nicht anmelden. So kann man eigentlich keine Rezension schreiben. Dennoch lautet mein Fazit: der Vorgänger war besser.

Anmeldung nervig

Bei iPhone Nutzung ist die Anmeldung nur über 5G möglich. Anmeldung über wlan funktioniert nicht.
Bei iPad Nutzung ist auch keine Anmeldung im wlan möglich.
Beide Geräte haben aktuelle Updates.
