Needs improvement
Very slow to load. Have to keep logging in. After logging in I go back to the page I was on and it says to log in again. Please separate episodes for show series like, When Hope Calls,so we can check them off individually.

Need help
I love the fact that I can check off what I’ve watched, however, this app is extremely slow and it isn’t put together well. I’ve asked for help several times regarding Want to Watch list that says I have three items but when I click on it nothing appears.
2+ years and no improvement
This app is clumsy at best. There are way too many clicks necessary to choose movies seen or want to see. Like many others have said-All movies per category-Christmas, Romantic Comedies etc., should be listed on one page with a checkbox right there. This is an easy fix. Please care enough about viewers to get this right. We don’t need games within this app, at least until it works properly.

App Needs Lots of Improvement
I had been logging in all the movies I have watched for years and all of a sudden everything is gone. Tried to sign in and couldn’t. Tried to change password and was told there would be an email which I never received. Just very frustrating. But I do love the programming especially during Christmas season.

Romance novels in virtual form.
This is nothing but dream fantasy and romance novels in movie form. This rots the mind and we wonder why some many broken marriages.
No Schedule
Unlike most entertainment apps this one does not have a schedule available of even what is showing now. Needs to have a schedule section and also needs to have more information on the movies and shows.
Not an up to date listing
I’ve watched several movies that do not show up on the list.
App is aweful
I have tried to get the most current list of shows since October and all I have is a blank screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
App continually crashes
I am using the app on an iPhone 16, iOS 18.2.1. My login info is saved but about a month ago, the app begin crashing as soon as it loads. I have tried clearing the cache, then completely deleted the app and downloaded again from the App Store. I set up my account and then the app crashes when trying to load the homepage. I have written to App Support three times over the last month. The second time I wrote about 2 1/2 weeks ago, I got an email acknowledgement that my email had been received and someone would be getting back to me, but have not gotten further assistance.

Last bug fix.
Since your last bug fix every time I try to open the app I get a white screen. It’s useless to me. I use it on an apple device.
Feedback
App is very slow. When opening a movie you have to hit the back button multiple times just to go back to the main screen. Also, noticed it doesn’t include older movies such as 2017 movies. Needs to include all movies that air on the station.

Refreshing
I have watch a number of movies on the Ap since late summer and now into fall. It has been reliable, easy to use, and all of the movies enjoyable. A fun mix of romance, humor and some mystery. Loving the Christmas movies now. It seems they have worked hard to address issues shared a year ago and made great progress.

Is there an issue with the app at this time? It will show the homepage but will not download any of my data
Clumsy
I have used other movie checklist apps that are all better and easier to use than this one. It is slow. It is clumsy to go from one movie to another. It is difficult to see what the latest movies are available on the cable channel. This channel is one I use a lot and so I am really disappointed that the checklist app is so clumsy. I won’t even use it.

Needs a lot of editing
Take a long time to load whenever you select a movie. When you want to back out to go back to the list of all the movies, you have to hit the back arrow wait for it to load then hit it again and wait for it to load again. I should only have to hit the back arrow once to be taken back to the movie list. Takes a bunch of extra time. This has been an issue since the beginning of the app. A year with no improvement is not a good sign. I also wish that there was an option to add all of the movies for that season to your watchlist instead of having to do it individually. Lastly the new Christmas movies for this year are all out of order. A movie that just premiered on Saturday says that it doesn’t premier for another 8 weeks. makes it difficult to know which movie premieres I’m supposed to be looking to watch each weekend. Would love to see some major improvements to the app.

Disappointing
Screen is blank. Never got it to work on my phone. Worked for a bit on iPad but once again blank screen.
App Clears out My account
This is the 3rd time I have had to start a New Account because the app automatically logs me out and then doesn’t recognize my account. Then I have to start all over. For being the executives grime a GREAT APP that Hallmark had in every aspect, you’d think the could do better. This is the worse TB app I have worked in! They need to discontinue the app or get it together! Such a frustrating app! I don’t recommend it at all!
