Needs work
Love Hallmark. The app, needs some work. Home does not want to work and is doing a weird glitchy thing then black. Not sure why I need to keep signing in either. Good overall though. Only place currently I believe to watch Good Witch in b/t season movies specials. ✨ *synced to Apple TV to find/continue what I was watching last.

Great programs, not so great app
I love the shows, it the functionality of the app is lacking. It doesn’t keep show progress up to date between devices when watching a series, it would be helpful have a watchlist row on the Home Screen, and fast forwarding thru recaps and intros many time takes you to the end of the episode instead of just fast forwarding. It needs some work.

Why would I need to update my phone to download this.
Keeps logging out
I have to sign in every time I use this app.
App Inconsistent
Love watching movies on my iPad but I don’t think I’ve been able to watch a full movie on the Hallmark app without interruption due to app issues. Frozen screens, IP Restriction message, even completely logging me out of the app in the middle of a movie. This is especially annoying for Always-On channels when movie continues. I work from home and don’t have issues with Zoom/Teams meetings or other streaming services so know it’s not Internet access. The issue is better when watching on smart tv vs iPad, but not always.
