Always frustrated
This app is the worst app I have ever used. It does not stay signed in, it kicks you off in between episodes and can’t reboot. I go to reset the app and you have to sign in every single time. No remember me button. It’s just so bad. Not acceptable in my opinion.

If you like Hallmark TV, you'll enjoy the content, but the app is horrific. There are lots of glitches, and it isn't user-friendly. It's getting better, but there's still so much to be done. Also, they've started inserting Hallmark commercials before content you have to watch. There is no option to skip past. I resent being forced to watch commercials on a service I pay a subscription fee for. It's pretty infuriating.

This app needs some work it takes for ever to load on all devises

Please fix your app, Hallmark!
Lately, every time I come back into the app I need to enter my username and password. This has never been a problem before, and it’s annoying. I will probably discontinue my subscription and find another movie streaming app if it’s not fixed.
No support for older TVs
Check your tv to make sure the app will support it. I have been using this app for a couple of years. I have a 2019 Samsung tv. The recent update caused the app to no longer work on my tv. I followed all of the suggestions to fix it, only to find out that they only support Samsung TVs from 2023 or newer. This is true for other televisions as well so you will want to check your tv model with what is supported.
