Very Vey Bad App
This app has quit partway through a show and then went back to the beginning. What makes it even worse is that it only allows you to fast forward 10 seconds at a time. Even that is not awful enough as you first have to bring up a menu to access the ability to fast forward 10 seconds. This is literally the worst app I have ever used.

Terrible app
App constantly glitching and telling me I have a IP restriction when I do not. It just randomly started doing this and my app is up to date. I’ve reached out to Halmark for help and they never helped me. Only replied and asked me a question. I responded and never received another message to help me. Instead I got an email asking me to do a survey.

Stability
I have contacted Hallmark+ repeatedly about this issue. We’re constantly having to sign in. Halfway through a show it will turn off and you’ll have to go back in. I don’t know what to do to fix this. But Hallmark is not listening.
Great but has issues
Some titles say IP restriction, due to being out of the US.. I’m in Florida! Following the instructions to trouble shoot and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t always work so some titles are not accessible which is very frustrating! It’s an issue for many I hear and I wish they’d fix it.
Commercials on the live stream in the app?
Why are there commercials in the live stream in the app? And I'm always getting kicked out and I have to re enter my password. Do better
