App itself stinks
I love Hallmark! The movies, shows, and cast! But the app itself stinks. It constantly freezes up and logs out. It’s annoying.
Conflicted
I love the content but, I don’t think I have ever been able to watch a movie without getting booted out multiple times. I can’t decide if it’s worth the extra money
Super slow download
It took over three hours to download a movie onto my iPad. Please improve your app to make it more usable.
Censorship
I’ve started watching the Murdoch Mysteries. I love this series, however, Hallmark has decided to censor parts of this show and in some cases skip entire episodes which is pure BS. I find this totally offensive! If a series doesn’t meet your narrow standards, then don’t put it on your streaming platform, instead of insulting us. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Glitchy on AppleTV
This app does well on most of my devices but on AppleTV it is very poor. It takes forever to load and I frequently have to logout and reopen it because it will not do anything. Please figure out why it is so poor on Apple TV.
From 4star to 1 star
I used to watch on my Apple Vision Pro, but recently when trying to launch the app, I get an error message that it is unavailable to play in my state (Arkansas). Not sure why, as it plays fine on Roku, iPhone and iPad. It will even play in web browser on AVP. Not using VPN and region setting is United States. Been on hold with Hallmark support for 31 minutes and no pick up yet - just hold music and “did you know” announcements. Ugh!

Eh
I like having a direct app to play all things Hallmark. However, it’s extremely glitchy. I have to constantly re-sign into it (daily) as I start and stop movies throughout a day. It’s an okay app, but I feel like it could be better, like other streaming services.
Great shows….but lousy app
We have the app on our Apple TV device. It asks us to sign in over and over. Sometimes even when we sign in it says “subscribe” next to the movie. Also, it locks up after watching 1 movie, making it impossible to select another movie with out closing the app and restarting. We have excellent internet and it still cuts the movie off and returns to the main menu. We love Hallmark movie so we put up with all the bother, but feel the app could be greatly improved for the Apple TV.

Worst App
This is the worst streaming app I have EVER used on my Apple TV. Runs slow, cannot pause it without hitting my remote several times. Randomly kicks me out of the show I’m watching. Moves slower than a snail. Please fix this.
Can not get into Hallmark+
I guess you are not interested getting me access to Hallmark+ !!!!
Unless you have access to grandma's desktop computer, you can't remove items from Continue Watching
The Hallmark+ app, Hallmark+ ROKU TV app, and Hallmark Plus website for iOS devices, is antiquated, clunky, a d outdated. It is outrageous that you cannot remove anything from your continued watching list unless you have access to a Traditional desktop computer!
Maybe if your grandmother or great-grandmother still has a desktop computer, maybe then you will finally be able to remove items from your Hallmark plus "continue watching" list. It really is that much of a hassle and that much of a pain. I tried contacting Hallmark support and they are entirely unhelpful.
Hallmark, please get with 2026. It is literally the year 2026 and while other streaming services have the ability to easily remove shows from "continue watching", you do not. I'm not going to ever watch it if I don't like it. And it makes me less likely to try new shows knowing what a pain it will be to get them removed from that list.

It’s super buggy and glitchy when trying to control
Has potential
The app has come a long way in the last year or so. It has potential to be a great app. Would love the ability to delete watch next/continue watching titles. I don’t even have auto play selected (don’t like it/personal preference) but when I finish watching any movie, something I’ve not ever clicked on to watch is sitting in the continue watching queue. Very frustrating and annoying. I get it for series, but irrelevant for standalone movies. Keep on working on the log in issues as it’s still requiring me to sign in every couple times. I only use one device and the same wifi. Don’t know how other apps can keep me logged in but this one can’t for some reason. Thank you for your time and consideration!

Love It
It is an incredible App. You see movies and series not shown on TV. Also! Love the “Watch every Hallmark movie by year!” option. It goes back to 1989 until 2026. So worth it. You can also put an actor/actress’ name in the search area and find all their movies/series.
So frustrating!
Love that I can watch shows on an app but after every episode I have to close the app and log back in, please fix this problem.
Help for the "continue watching"
I solved this problem by "forwarding" to the end of the movie or show. Make sure to unmark the want to watch. Most disappear from the section.
Absolute Garbage App.
Makes you log back in every time you try to access the app, buffers constantly, and freezes once an hour. This app reminds me of early 90s dial-up internet.
App keeps kicking me out
Oh my goodness I love the app but is there anyway that you guys can fix the login issue literally sometimes it’s like 5 to 10 times a day. I have to re-login. The shows are great, but the app really needs work.
Always frustrated
This app is the worst app I have ever used. It does not stay signed in, it kicks you off in between episodes and can’t reboot. I go to reset the app and you have to sign in every single time. No remember me button. It’s just so bad. Not acceptable in my opinion.
