Trouble
The app on the phone works nicely
But the app on TV is really really struggling. It lags it black screens it has so much time in between you picking something to when it actually decides to let it choose it or play it or let you see the The view.
I’m paying money for this app and cannot use it
spent hours trying to watch this or that
Sometimes it decides to work OK, but you never know and three times just now today it has black screen and then went back to the beginning of the show
You can’t pass forward you can’t rewind because of all the lagging and the black screening
Would really really love some help
Let me know what is going on. I don’t have trouble with any other apps on my TV.

Clean & Safe
I love Great American because I know I won’t accidentally come across anything that I don’t want to see or expose others to. ❤️
App is awful
Why can’t I turn off autoplay? Your app is incredibly slow on my fire stick but works a little better on my Apple TV. Had to rest PW recently for no apparent reason. Terrible app. But love the content.
Paid for the year
This app only works about 10% of the time. It’s been weeks of trying to open it and it does not work. When it does, it glitches and doesn’t hold places in shows. I regret the purchase.
Loss of connection
We love the movies that we are able to pull up from pure flex. They all have been great and enjoy them. Our only problem is the movie can freeze and then we’d lose connection. This can happen several times when we were watching movies at night and it is quite a distraction and very hard to get it to start up again. Then we just turn it off . I have read other people have had that problem. I hope they get it fixed.
