They stole my money
I used to like this app but rarely used it so i was on a monthly plan. Then after months of not using it i went to cancel and saw i was on an annual subscription. Customer service refused to refund me even tho i sent screenshots of my MONTHLY plan and they can clearly see i haven’t loggin in in months. NOT VERY CHRISTIAN OR AMERICAN TO STEAL AND LIE. THAT IS STEALING. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY AGAIN.

Getting worse
Update: Remains a useless drain from my bank account. Just go ahead and refund everyone and shut this garbage down. Frndly does a better job at managing your offerings through their app; check in with them, might be a good teaching moment. And yet, as calculated, no reply from anyone. “You’re doin great”
Abandoned? Where are the replies to complaints/reviews? Following up from canceling the day purchased and has not improved but only gotten worse. Will not stay logged in, programming is dated, Angel far surpasses whatever this is supposed to be.

Decline in Christian movie choices
I enjoyed PureFlix starting in 2022 and back then, the platform had an awesome selection of Christian movies. But such a selection has been on a decline since early 2025. I noticed that ever since, there were fewer and fewer Christian movies and then just about the only new movies that come are the Hallmark-style movies which most people in teens or 20s aren’t interested in. I switched to a platform with a better selection of Christian movies.

Issues with Playback
Purchased to watch a specific movie which apparently doesn’t work. Refunds and downgrades are seemingly impossible even when access is a problem. Frustrated with the run around.

Pureflix
Does not work correctly on it’s own on my Smart Samsung TV programs are low color and voice is not loud enough and programs come on the TV real slow. When I had it through Amazon prime it would pop up fast color great and volume great. I do not know what the problem is but I have been trying to connect this program for weeks. Finally had to get an neighbor yo help me and it still is a mess.

Pure Flix has gotten so much great programming that it is now a joy to watch.

Difficult to Navigate
One thing that makes it hard as a new subscriber is trying to navigate my way through the app. When I search for a specific movie or actor, nothing pops up. It makes it difficult to search and I have to make my way and try to manually search for a movie.

Very glitchy app
I love the content on this streaming service but the app is so glitchy that it's not worth the trouble.
Content is not good
This app has a bunch of shows with bad actors that couldn’t even make it to the Hallmark level. Don’t waste your money. There are much better apps for uplifting content.
Great content, app needs work
Love the movies and shows, but the app is lacking in many ways. First, on appletv it disables the screen saver. It keeps a static image and does not sleep. This could be disastrous for my OLEDS!
Next, watching shows is not intuitive. The interface doesn’t bring you back to the next show in your series, but the last one you watched. Some episodes are not played sequentially due to numbering errors, so I must locate the exact episode I want to watch every time! Lately with the app changes, it has made navigation ever more cumbersome.

The new update no longer works on my iPad Air 2 with 15.8.8
Please fix the app. The app is broken. It no longer works on the iPad Air 2. It says to update the app but that is not possible. Apple just released iOS 15.8.8 update a few weeks ago. Thanks.
Really bad
No update available so it already updated but yet takes forever to open and pull anything up and if trying to watch a show it keeps freezing. I keep having this issue so I am canceling my membership no sense paying when I can’t watch it.
Be careful when signing up - unable to cancel
The movies themselves are nice but once you sign up you literally cannot cancel. The app or online doesn’t allow cancellation and when you reach out to customer support they are “closed” and the emails to support goes unanswered.
Not saying we don’t like some of the movies because we do - however we also like to have control over our subscription and you do NOT have control over that.

Light in the darkness
It’s great to have a Pureflix app downloaded to watch wherever I go!! It’s light in the darkness!! Thank you!!
Disappointing
I have been subscribing to Pure Flix from the beginning. I’ve watched most of the content and rarely find anything new come out. I am especially disappointed with the children’s programming. I most likely will not renew my subscription.

Poor service it doesn’t work
I can’t open programs. It doesn’t show what I have seen and very poor quality programs
