This App is broken !
I get the opening screen, but nothing happens after that. No selections from the top menu do anything at all. I deleted and reloaded it, but it is doing nothing that I can see.
iPad app wont work
I’ve installed and reinstalled the iPad app and cannot get it to work.
Terrible service
Literally always an outage. No refunds either when internet is out for days. AI agent for support which puts you in a loop. Horrible
Great internet speed-poor app performance
I just upgraded to 3 GB and the service is great! However, the app always reports that there is a problem with my network. I run the recommended speed test for the modem and it always shows great speeds both up and down. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it at Google’s request to no avail.

Super fast and great signal strength. The install was easy and everything is working great.
Parental controls are terrible
This has some of the worst and least flexible parental controls I’ve come across. The scheduling doesn’t work consistently, and if you need to temporarily pause a device you have to get rid of the schedule. The scheduling is not flexible at all either. You get one on and one off per day, and that’s it.

GFiber app
The app worked great until last update. Freezes upon launch. Called about it, but no joy on getting it working.
Worthless app pathetic support
The worst app ever! Fails constantly doesn’t fix anything and calling googles customer service in is a waste of time!
Their customer service is pathetic and nothing but a lousy 3rd party outsourcing company in India using Ai software to hide their accent! They have no technical training whatsoever and read the same thing exact script as googles stupid Ai chat bot ivr! Everything is just them filing tickets to google that go into a black hole and fixes nothing!

I’m filling a complaint with consumer affairs the fcc and considering legal action in small claims court

FIX THE PAYMENT
Why can I NOT pay on the app??? What’s the point of having the app if you can’t do anything on it pertaining to the GFiber account?

GFiber is Awesome!
No issues. Super fast, courteous and understanding customer service. Trust me.
I was forced to use this
I’m not impressed at all this far. I can’t even get a signal on my balcony less than 50’ from my tower. I didn’t have this problem from AT&T and I was two floors above my tower.
Internet works… options don’t.
Super inconsistent. It has settings to pause connections, usually doesn’t work. I turned off the guest network to find it still active an hour later, but showing off in the app. Devices don’t show up when they are connected to the network. Just a mess. I really expect more from Google.
Update fail
Since the most recent app update, the app won’t connect to the servers.
Parental controls
don’t use this Wi-Fi or GFiber if you actually want to try and use the timer to turn off different electrical devices because it never works

This app is terrible. Slow, poor performance… just terrible. Even Spectrum had a better app.
Doesn’t let me sign in
Whenever the internet is out it won’t let me sign into my account to see what’s going on. The app sucks.
Google home was better
I had to switch to this new app when I updated my router. There are fewer features on this app and they were on the old Google Home.
I cannot view my Google cameras through this app.
I cannot prioritize a device.
I cannot have two different email addresses registered as administrators.
And the device pause settings are rudimentary compared to the Google Home app’s.
