Good for locating a ride but won’t accept international credit cards or international phone numbers. You’ll need cash to pay drivers. So what’s the point?

Use alternatives like Yandex if possible, GG’s service is terrible, with rude and disrespectful drivers.

This app is excellent. It has been easy to set up, and easy to use. Customer services are first class (really quick to respond and very helpful) and the drivers have all been excellent. Great app design gg!
Dysfunctional app
Horrible experience trying to get a ride or even save a credit card on my account. It keeps failing after 4th time despite successful verification. No error, just keeps on going without any feedback.

Seamless initial experience
Having used many ride apps over the years I’m always sceptical of trying a new one. I’m in shock right now because I use gg for the first time and my language is English, and I used a foreign card and everything just worked perfectly. Clearly they have a very strong team focussed on the right problem and executing flawlessly. Well done.

Unsatisfactory service
I am deleting this application from my phone, gg is not the one that I used to know 4-5 years ago, when the cars were cleaner and the drivers intelligent. The drivers are not good any more and the cars dirty. I ordered gg special for better car but arrived the dirtiest Toyota Camry, even the glasses were not clean.

Unable to sign up/in with my US or Austrian numbers.
Doesn’t accept UK phone numbers
I can’t even log in to the app. I thought it was just mine but I tried my sister’s number as well and it came up with the same error message ‘something went wrong with verifying your mobile number. Try again’
