Прекрасное приложение, все четко и понятно везде написано, много выбора машин, связь с водителем и поддержкой, только добавьте функцию просмотра сколько я буду должен заплатить за поездку уже во время того как я нажал кнопку заказать и нахожусь уже в пути, а то забываешь за сколько изначально заказывал

Good app
All good but it lies about pickup time
App was a little confusing.
Map sent us to the building next door around the corner. Found the correct address after some time. Then found that we put in our destination as the starting point. So 24,000arm gone. Lesson learned.

For Armenians only
I tried to use this on arrival in Yerevan. Although it has a language option the addresses are listed in Armenian only so you need to know their alphabet to select one. And there’s no Apple Pay so had the option of cash or entering cc details in the middle of an airport. Probably great for locals.

Not for international travellers
Good for locating a ride but won’t accept international credit cards or international phone numbers. You’ll need cash to pay drivers. So what’s the point?
Poor Service
Use alternatives like Yandex if possible, GG’s service is terrible, with rude and disrespectful drivers.

This app is excellent. It has been easy to set up, and easy to use. Customer services are first class (really quick to respond and very helpful) and the drivers have all been excellent. Great app design gg!
Dysfunctional app
Horrible experience trying to get a ride or even save a credit card on my account. It keeps failing after 4th time despite successful verification. No error, just keeps on going without any feedback.

Seamless initial experience
Having used many ride apps over the years I’m always sceptical of trying a new one. I’m in shock right now because I use gg for the first time and my language is English, and I used a foreign card and everything just worked perfectly. Clearly they have a very strong team focussed on the right problem and executing flawlessly. Well done.
