No action
It has been over a month since I submitted my complaint through the Ghaziabad 311 app, but no action has been taken. I have tried contacting the concerned authorities multiple times, but no one answers the phone. The toll-free helpline is equally disappointing—I have called repeatedly, yet there has been no response. An app meant to improve civic services is of little use if complaints are ignored and there is no customer support or follow-up. I hope the authorities improve their response time and provide proper support to citizens

I have raised a complaint on 11th of Feb and continuously trying to follow-up but there have no resolve on my complaint after 3 days, Government can try to make it digital but the employee don’t want to change.

Worst experience
I had raised a complaint 4-5 times regarding water issue as they supply of sewage water in the houses. None of their officer resolve the case, even i called to Customer care they raise a case and still no resolution. Bhaad m jao salo.
