They gonna charge whether you use it or not
Dg should be charged only when its used or when the society deliberately cuts main grid power to make people use it and when not in use, it should not deduct money which it does so chose not to use it. Keep charging money and put balance in minus as im never gonna use this service and would get an inverter which is a onetime cost and cost effective option
