Terrible app hasn’t worked in months
Too much security
You can’t withdraw money, see account numbers, steal identity or anything else vital. The security is like cracking a bank vault full of cash.
Password on transfer
I love the app except when I need a password to transfer money. Please change that to face or finger recognition.

EII am works efficiently and fast. I haven’t had any problems with this IIapp. The one thing that I appreciate is I had a moment of brain fog and couldn’t remember one of my security questions plus I thought I was right. Well it shut me down everything. I had to call a Bank Rep. to get me back in plus change my password. Yes it was a headache but I am pleased and satisfied to go the extra mile.

Makes it easy
Have used this app since it was created. Never had a problem. It is better now that I can do a remote deposit. One of the better apps out there and the credit union uses its resources for the member and does not charge high fees to make money for itself.
Too many passwords!!
Why do i have to keep entering my password after I've already entered the app??

Thanks for adding mobile deposit. Would be nice if one could actually use to deposit checks for more than $500 i believe is what i was told. Also touch ID use to work before this update and now it does not. I keep turning it on but when i log out it turns its self off
