Way too many annoying ads
The ads on this app are getting worse and worse. There’s pop ups that return a couple seconds after you close them. And now when the app first launches, there’s an ad that takes the whole screen that you can’t close for 3 seconds. I just have this app to turn on/off lights in my house that have smart plugs, and waiting for these apps to get out of my way when I’m just trying to turn on a lamp is infuriating. I will be getting a different app for the smart plugs, I can’t do this anymore.

Opening the app to do so presents me with an unskippable
7 second ad that’s on top of another embedded ad that you see after closing the first ad.

Ok, pop ups ruin the experience
App is works well. Worst part is the pop up ads and now timed pop up ads for their products. I use the app mainly to control smart plugs but the pop ups are awful. I’ve already purchased some of your products if you want to advertise more ok, but pop ups make me consider buying different smart plugs.

Ads Ruin the App
I like my lightbulbs and the app functions okay, but I cannot stand the pop up ads every time I want to turn my lights on and off. Now they have ads that you have to watch then can skip at the end. I get that companies have to advertise, but it needs to be significantly less frequent. If it were once a month with only good sales I might be tempted to buy, but once these bulbs go out, I will not be replacing because the ads are so frustrating.

Works well for the most part. Sometimes will randomly disconnect from the plugs and you have to unplug them to restart. The app also has way too many ads now. It’s starting to become too much of a hassle

Loved for years…until the ads!!
I’ve used this plug for almost 9 years in my kids’ rooms and have loved it until you just added a 5 seconds ad that I have ton watch every.single.time I open the app. It’s wildly annoying considering how many times a day I use the app. Please undo this change!! It’s so annoying that it’s making me considering switching to another smart plug.

Forced ads dont buy
stay away from gosund products they just put ads in their app when you use it to remotely control your devices, you can’t turn it off either. Watch them respond with some boilerplate pr response like “We’re sorry about your negative experience. We place these product recommendations for our customers to notify them of special deals before they run out. We will pass on your feedback to the rest of the team.” Do not say any of that garbage they are forced ads when using a product I PAID FOR STOP DOING THIS WITH MODERN DEVICES!!!!!!

Was good, now ad hell
This app used to be good. Now Everytime I open it, there are 2 second ads, pop up ads you need to x out of, and banner ads. I didn't mind terribly when there were just the banner ads, but the ad when I open the app and random pop up ads? EXTREMELY intrusive and obnoxious. So I will be throwing out my switches and deleting this app.

Pop Ads constantly
App seems fine but EVERY TIME I want to change my lighting, an AD pops up. Causing me to click on it and be redirected

Busted
After about a months use, the timer no longer works. Updated the app, reinstalled, reconnected. Nothing seems to work. The best?

Constant pop up ads
When I open the app to control a device, an ad always pops up in the middle of the screen and blocks my action. Very frustrating for devices I’ve already bought and paid for. Knock it off!
