Not only does this device not connect with the app, but the app won’t even let me delete my account. It won’t let me click on the button to confirm I want to deactivate my account.

I love this camera and the service that it has I am able to leave home and check while im working on my dogs and my house such a relief i love this app

it makes you wait until its at "100% connected" just to tell you that the thing is unable to connect, absolute garbage dont ever buy from them
Solution for unsupported device/no app update
For anyone having issues because the app no longer supports your device and you’re unable to update it, there is actually an entirely new app called GHome by Gamma Good which would support it.

I bought a G-Home thermometer. Not even G-Home uses this app! They use Smart Live instead.
No Longer Works
App was a pain to get set up to begin with, slow connection speed often causing the light to exit pairing mode before being able to connect.
The app is no longer functional; the most you can do is turn lights on and off.
When trying to access the panel to change the lighting color, I get hit with double pop-ups saying “Oops, the control panel has crashed”. Totally defeats the purpose of the light.
App updated 6 years ago, so I don’t expect them to care about the issue.

Lack of Response
I purchased a Smart Plug and with power loss it reverts to the on position instead of remaining off. Must be software or hardware issue… Fix It

i used the manual to help me set my camera up but it’s saying that i need to update the app because the camera doesn’t run on this device, like what? also i can’t find this app anywhere on the play store.
Says “this version not supported”
I don’t understand why is says this the app is already up to date but it won’t allow me to view because it keeps saying “this version not supported please download new version of the app”

Worthless product
Terrible product, have spent at least 1.5 hours trying to get this plug to work. Don’t waste your time the app hasn’t been updated in 6 years

This is sad it did NOT work after many attempts I tried and it was not working I would saw don’t waste your money.
Does NOT work with Alexa
Don’t waste your time on this 6ye old app unless you don’t use Alexa or Google Home. It doesn’t have that linking. The G-Home by Gabbagabba however does the same thing AND works with both. After initially switching from the Gosund App to this, I now have to do it in the “by Gabba…” app to regain control.

Upset that I spent this money on an app that don’t even work. So now my two cameras won’t work because of this. The app keeps telling me to upgrade and it won’t show me nothing. I don’t want to upgrade. I just want the camera to show without recording.

I went and purchased this was a waste of money for me I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and it won’t work with my phone so maybe if you have something other than the phone I have don’t buy it do your research first.
