Picture looks distorted

When I started creating the “ghost” in the background of a picture I uploaded, it worked for the first picture. Then when I tried to create another one with another picture, the picture was distorted (as though it was stretched). No matter if I closed the app, or chose another picture, the picture would always look distorted. Therefore, this app does not work well and I gave it one star. I deleted it after about 2 minutes of using it.
