About

One tap. That's the whole game — and it's the hardest thing you'll do today. Your orb circles endlessly through a dark arena. Tap to reverse your turn. Gather the pale motes. Stay inside the ring. Simple — until you die. Because every fallen run comes back. Each death is recorded, move for move, and returns as a ghost that replays your exact path in future runs. Some come back mirrored. Some come back reversed. Touch a ghost and your light goes out. Up to five of your past selves haunt the arena at once — and they sleep until you score. Play it safe and nothing hunts you. Chase a high score and you wake them, one by one. By your third run, the thing most likely to kill you… is you. — YOUR GHOSTS SURVIVE — close the app, come back tomorrow: yesterday's runs are still waiting in the dark. — DO NOTHING = SAFE — the game never forces difficulty on you. Every ghost you face is one you made. — A HAUNTED SOUNDSCAPE — every sound is synthesized live: a breathing drone, lonely wisps, a funeral toll when your light goes out. Best with headphones. — THE REMEMBERED — a local leaderboard of your best hauntings. Add a name or stay anonymous. — YOUR GHOSTS STAY YOURS — no ads, no accounts, and no internet needed: the game plays entirely offline, and your runs and your leaderboard never leave the phone. The app reports anonymous, nameless statistics so the ghosts can be tuned — and one switch in Settings turns even that off. Free, ad-free, one thumb, portrait. How long can you outrun yourself?

What's New in Ghost Wanderer

1.1

August 26, 2026

Anonymous statistics, so the ghosts can be tuned. The game now reports how far runs get and how many ghosts wake — no name, no account, no advertising identifier, and nothing that points back to you. You can turn it off in Settings at any time, and it tells you the anonymous id it uses so you can ask for your figures to be deleted. The title screen also stopped breaking its last letter onto a line of its own on smaller phones. Otherwise the wandering is the same.
