New GHS app
New app doesn’t work very well. Doesn’t allow you to check balances, do transfers or pay loans and credit cards.
Unreliable
The online banking goes down a lot and they don’t even email you to let you know its down for any reason

No matter what I have to have done, the efficiency of Norwich GHS is exceptional, they are very courteous and helpful, they don’t ever make you feel like you are not important. Great job to all who work there.
E-deposit is worthless
Still unable to use e-deposit because the camera doesn’t work. It’s been this way for a long time but now it’s a real problem due to social distancing.
