Can’t get signed up
Hi! I am unable to create an account, unable to login just like the other user that commented. I am also unable to submit an app related ticket - the “send message” button does not work. I have tried both Google and Safari browsers. Would love to be able to use the app.
Can’t log in
When I try to login, I get the error message that the password is wrong. When I tried to reset the password, the reset password button does not work.
I have tried using two different emails. Neither one works.

Registration
I registered, but can’t login. I tried resetting my password , which worked, then login says I’m not registered.

I downloaded this app and somehow it got deleted. When I put it back on i couldn’t get it to work. I have tried unsuccessfully to get help. I tried the number 1-779-617-6271 and it did not work. I really want this app but it looks as if this will not happen. It’s a one star and that’s just because it doesn’t work. I just need someone to help me to get the app to work on our phones. We get notifications when something is going on we just can’t get the app to open up so we can watch what’s going on.
