Canât get signed up
Hi! I am unable to create an account, unable to login just like the other user that commented. I am also unable to submit an app related ticket - the âsend messageâ button does not work. I have tried both Google and Safari browsers. Would love to be able to use the app.
Canât log in
When I try to login, I get the error message that the password is wrong. When I tried to reset the password, the reset password button does not work.
I have tried using two different emails. Neither one works.
I guess Iâll give it a five star rating, but I really have no idea because I canât log in

Registration
I registered, but canât login. I tried resetting my password , which worked, then login says Iâm not registered.

I downloaded this app and somehow it got deleted. When I put it back on i couldnât get it to work. I have tried unsuccessfully to get help. I tried the number 1-779-617-6271 and it did not work. I really want this app but it looks as if this will not happen. Itâs a one star and thatâs just because it doesnât work. I just need someone to help me to get the app to work on our phones. We get notifications when something is going on we just canât get the app to open up so we can watch whatâs going on.

Hello, currently the best way to get in touch with us concerning the app is by going to GIAGTV.com and filling out the âcontact usâ form, using the âapp relatedâ subject. This will go straight to our app developers so we ensure we find a solution to the problem :)
Password
Something is glitching and is not allowing for the app to let you reset the password. Once you get in that screen and put a new password and press reset it wonât do anything and you canât get out.

The app looks great. It doesnât have tonightâs broadcast for Sword of the Spirit But itâs a start to be be able to get in and watch the other programs. Love this church. Photos donât upload on profile. Is this by design?

Glad for the app. Screen size question.
Iâm delighted to know we wonât lose touch with Church International because of censorship. However, the app appears to be designed only for phones. Will there be a future version where the screen size can be enlarged for viewing on iPads, tablets, and computers with larger screens? I miss the visuals, which are important to me, when I try to watch on the app. Thanks!

Hello I am having trouble getting into the app every time I fill out the agreement and I put in my name then my email it tells me my email does not exist please look into it if others are having trouble?? Not sure why it wonât let me in
Canât Create Login
I have been trying to get this app to work for a couple days and it keeps saying my email is already used when it isnât and I even redownloaded the app. I am excited to use the app, I just need help support which I cannot access.
Unable to Watch It on Fire TV
Because of the keyboard that is used on the Amazon Fire TV , it does not allow you to put in periods.
It is strictly Capital letters and numbers only.
And yes, I know that Amazon meeds to change their Fire TV keyboard.
That is the only streaming device of the three( Roku, Chromecast and Fire TV)that has that keyboard that doesnot allow punctuations marks , not even a period punctuation mark. I canât even get it on fire tvâs internet .
It keeps saying I didnât space them right or some other excuse .
So PLEASE FIX it on your end Church International.
2. Your Apple cellphone app forces tge Apple customers to turn on the
Notifications setting. I doNOT have any Notifications turned on in my streaming devices. I have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder symptoms and app that has a mark on it to be notified when a new episode of something is available, totally distracts me.
Personally I like nothing about the Fire Tv streaming device, but it is better than ROKU in one area, amd that FireTv has the ability for their customers to use the Internet smile app to get websites pulled up, Roku doesnot Chromecast is totally a waste as it forces its customers use their cellphones as a remote, with I intensely dislike.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! At this time we do not have a firestick/roku/or smart tv app. But we are planning on it in the future! However, the best way to watch on a smart tv or streaming device is using the screen mirroring/airplay feature on your mobile device, or a browser at giagtv.com As for the notifications bug, we have brought this to the attention of our dev team and are currently working on a solution that will be implemented asap.
Says Iâm already registered but Iâve never had the app
I just tried to open the app. It keeps saying my email is already registered. It has to be an error as I just downloaded the app. I tried just going to the login icon since it said my email is already registered and then it said my email doesnât exist. I really want this app so please help me fix the problem. đ
