App good with one apparent flaw.
Several times I used put my points in for grocery dollars and they disappeared. Apparently someone else is using my phone number. So now I only use my points for gas
Stupid Experience
Hate clipping coupon, just give me the discount when I purchase the items. I don’t need to remember to “clip” the coupon, it should be automatically applied.
Terrible
Can’t delete items from shopping list. Adding items to shopping list is now a tiny dot instead of a plus sign. Coupon in my list does not work.
Digital coupons
It never connects in store so can’t redeem digital coupons
Giant app .
Still having a hard time at check out if I want to add couple more things before checking out or if I want to look over my cart items to make sure I got something or forgot. Doesn’t move smoothly back and forth.
Disaster
This site is the worst I have dealt with since Sears. I sear for coupons … spell the product’s name accurately … “not found.” I then have to scroll through ALL the coupons. Plus … I make a shopping list … but can NOT print it!

Giant Savings
Our family loves Giant because they give rewards for gas and grocery dollars. The app is so easy to use. Great food, selection and the aisles are easy to navigate. Also, bakery is phenomenal. They will write anything on any cake that you purchase and add beautiful handwriting…in cursive 👏.

Clean, Well -planned out, store not TOO Large like some other football field ones, Great selection, Great customer service * I wd have a few small shopping carts in back of every store, it’s to YOUR advantage, we wd buy more if just running in for a few items…that wd become a large order…make a few feet room for them.🙂Christine is a great manager along w/ all the service desk ppl!

Shopping on App doesn’t always work well
When selecting a replacement item for an out of stock, the App doesn’t show the full information so you can’t see what flavor or variety of the product and you can’t click on it. Honestly, I don’t think your App programmers or testers have ever actually used the App and the people gathering info from these surveys can’t be sharing the info because nothing ever gets better even after years.

What’s the point of having an app with Face ID enabled when you can’t use it to change the password? I had to change the info online with help (long story) and now want to update my app so that the new password can be used. Apparently I can only do it via the phone?? Useless POS app as far as I’m concerned.

I always get great help in Giant . I’ve never NOT gotten any of the sales that are for the week . Well stocked .
I constantly have the delete
This guy s the 4 time I have to delete this app from my iPhone. Seems like every couple months I get error when I look for something. I delete the app and reinstall it and it works again. Very annoying

07/27/26 “We are still processing your previous point redemption” - What on earth? Is this another way for the Giant app to waste my time waiting to use the points which you so strongly promote everywhere?! Who came up with this lame idea. Seriously.
Previous Review: Fire the developers! I encountered the “device verification” screen 6 times (!) in my single browsing session of the app on my iPad this morning.
And this is not an isolated instance of my never-ending frustration with Giant’s app.
This is an excellent example of developers becoming over obsessed with “security” and failing to realize they have actually ended up grossly frustrating the actual customer base that makes Giant’s existence possible (and their own jobs).
Time to get some new developers - and preferably ones that care about the actual customer experience.

Impossible to make an account , link an account or create a new account and the store won’t honor any of the in ap coupons without it. It’s total @$$
