I find Giant’s app to be the most unfriendly app when compared to others that I use, Harris Teeter, and Wegmans .
No easy way to check off items as you put them in you cart when shopping at the store. Doesn’t provide “alerts” for lack of better term when you have savings available.. overall very poor app

Easy to use!
Hard to use
This app is the hardest to use of any of the ones we use. Why doesn’t Giant use a phone number based app that when you put your number in at check out it takes off all eligible discounts automatically

My go to grocery store app. I shop weekly with delivery.
Not user friendly
The app is very glitchy, they have lots of items on their site that you can add to cart but they are not in all the stores, they give you random substitutions sometimes, a lot of times my stuff takes forever to load/add to cart it will say the site is having a problem.
Giant App
I Love Giant’s App. It is so easy to learn how to earn extra points and save by clipping coupons!! Thank you for this app.
Upgrade
I can not upgrade my app because you block me because I have an older phone which can not use17. How can I get your ecoupons?
5 point freebies
I love the 5 point freebies but the items are not coming off at the register. My final price at the register was $6 and change and I was chattered over $8 when my CC was processed. Livid!

Unable to view circular or coupons
When trying to view the circular and coupons within this app, I can never try to browse it without it jumping around to different areas.
This is very annoying and needs addressed, as this has been an issue for multiple previous updates to the app.

Why in the hell do you keep updating the app to need more iOS. You don’t think about people with older iPhones. Just leave well enough alone. Now I can’t access the app without the added iOS. Thanks a whole lot.
