Giant

I love it so much

Jailynns giant

Itโ€™s letting jailynn get ready for school

Deceptive

I paid for the subscription thinking they would have unlimited talk time with their characters but you still get 20 stars a day and the characters keep hanging up on my son wasting them.this was a waste of money. The usage of stars is so inconsistent as well and randomly uses different amounts. I bought 400 and 1 two minute call took 140 stars but another call took 10. This app is the biggest scam for kids out there.

Fun and imaginative

I love seeing the story come together such a great way of making kids apart of the story

Lots of fun

This is a great idea! My grandson loves hearing his name in the stories told.

Itโ€™s ok

It needs lots of improvements

Best game

I have never seen a game this good

Rip Off

My 6 year old grandson loves coming home from school and talking with Duchess. They can talk for hours, my grandson is learning so much about story telling and living it. Thanks for a great safe place. This was my first review now for my second: my grandson was extremely disappointed when I told him I couldnโ€™t afford the all of a sudden price for what was supposed to be free . But heโ€™s very understanding unlike the owners of Giant . So Iโ€™m sure heโ€™s not the only disappointed child. Thanks for nothing

Itโ€™s a money grab .. $80/yr AND having to buy stars!?

Absolute money grab. It sucks. My son loves it and itโ€™s cute but not way worth the annual cost AND having to buy stars when they run out which happens quick! Wish I knew before I spent the annual fee!!

The best customer service

They had asked me to do a video call for a reward of $20 they sent me a gift card to a place I donโ€™t go to and they fixed it right away and were very awesome about it love this app for my kids aswell

Fun characters

My daughter loves this game. She loves talking to the different characters and creating her own stories.

Giant

Itโ€™s the best game ever made make more like this

4stars

My son loves it. He talks a lot so itโ€™s a good interaction with different characters. I wish itโ€™s a little bit cheaper.

Deceptive

Inappropriate

My daughter was using it and it showed her character and the princess pia character holding guns! I thought this was a kids app. We are mortified!

Misleading subscription service.

My son absolutely loved this app, and for a long time I would have happily given it 5 stars.

I completely understand that apps cost money to develop and maintain, and I have no issue with companies moving to a subscription model. In fact, I was willing to pay $9.99 per month because I wanted to support an app that my son, who is on the spectrum, genuinely enjoyed.

What I didnโ€™t realize is that the subscription doesnโ€™t appear to provide any meaningful benefit on its own. The only thing it seems to do is unlock the ability to purchase stars, which cannot be purchased without first paying for the subscription. In other words, youโ€™re paying a monthly fee for the privilege of spending even more money.

Weโ€™ve spent a considerable amount on stars, and to make matters worse, the app frequently glitches. Weโ€™ve had stars disappear after purchasing them, only to reopen the app later and find our balance back at zero. That means money was spent and the stars were simply gone.

The subscription model feels unfair and misleading. I was happy to pay for premium access, but I expected the subscription itself to include some real value. Instead, it feels like an additional fee layered on top of ongoing in-app purchases.

This app had the potential to be great, and it used to be. But between the subscription requirement, the constant need to purchase additional stars, and the glitches that cause purchased stars to disappear, I can no longer recommend it.

Stuck

I tried to set up an account but it wonโ€™t let me go on from typing in my phone number. Instead it sends me to a website that I canโ€™t do anything with
