A wonderful App from a terrific company…

I almost NEVER write reviews but must in this case. This company consistently updates this app and has been pouring on wonderful new features over time. What started as a pretty focused app, now has a phenomenal feature set. Kudos to whoever is behind this app and… THANK YOU!!!

Waste of money

Do not Pay for this useless app! Worst App Ever!!!
And DO NOT buy or download any app from this developer! I always pay for apps to support developers but this very app and all apps from this Developer aren’t worth it. Stay far away from any app from this developer.

Alignment issue

After the latest update, when I upload the pictures on my camera roll and put them on Instagram the picture are not aligned probably. Hope you guys fix this issue.

Not happy

Bought the pro version to make a 9 frame square, but app will not let me expand the screen (using the expand/reduce arrow button) so only 6 partial frames are available in the reduced format. I don’t know where to go with this- can’t find any support, so I have a bad app and the seller, John Eric Andersen has my good money. Disappointing for sure.

It’s a 5star EXCEPT for 1 annoying AF thing

I LOVE this app so I can post pics in a good format for Twitter & IG so that they fit properly. However EVERY SINGLE TIME the app asks me “open from Facebook?” NO NO NO I haven’t used FB in years and it is irritating af that there is no way to turn off the dang prompt.

Great concept

Hi there Giant Square,
Love using your app on my gallery, even though it’s a challenge for me to do!
Would love your help and have asked in a private Instagram message, how do I not have my squares numbered, as it distracts a little from the final effect?!!!

Janie, So sorry for the late response. As you probably have learned by now, we removed the numbering feature altogether. Please check in the latest updates and it will be gone :) Thank you for your kind words!

Keeps crashing iPhone XS Max

I downloaded this app today the 13th of May 2019.
Tried to make a giant square for Instagram, selected the image, and when I save, the app crashes. Tried again, crashed again, multiple times. Tried the square editor, app crashes.
Just paid,$1.99 for this pro app, and all it does is crash.

Where’s the support?!

I don’t get why there hasn’t been an update for the app for months. I’ve upgraded to the pro version and haven’t been using it for a while only to see now that when I log in and try to use it, the part where you select the squares that you want your image to be separated into - I don’t actually get to see the 9 squares because the screen is stretched further than my iPhone will allow. No way to move over, no apparent way how to fix it either. The last update was November 2018?! Don’t buy this if they are throwing in the towel on this one already. Notice how they said they’ll fix the Facebook bug later too and so far - nada.

So sorry about this! 😔2019 the app suffered so major neglect due to personal crises in my family. I have now reinvested focus and made the app from ground up with better and more features than ever - and many more to come. I hope you can forgive me and that you are willing to try the app again now that it works better than ever! ⭐️

Ripped off

I paid the $1.99 for the ‘premium’ version, assuming that would remove the watermark, but it did NOT! Complete rip off.

Désolé pour tous les problèmes survenus l'année dernière avec l'application. L'année dernière, je n'ai pas pu assister à la demande en raison d'une crise familiale. Mais maintenant, il a été repensé de fond en comble pour résoudre tous les problèmes auxquels les gens sont confrontés. Encore une fois, je suis vraiment désolé pour les problèmes qu'il a causés, mais je suis maintenant de retour et je travaillerai dur pour rendre l'application meilleure que jamais, avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités nouvelles et meilleures à venir!

Number tiles?

Why don’t you have the pics numbered so you know what order to upload them. Do you start from bottom to top or top to bottom? Am I the only one having trouble with this?
