The worst
This is the worst app I have ever used. There are so many disconnects in the code that it is practically useless. Once I pay a bill, I am stuck on that screen indefinitely. The “done” button means nothing and does nothing. After all of this time I would think these issues could be resolved. If you need help linking the code…. Just ask! Geeez!

Functionality is rare
I have two accounts under this app and I am starting to realize that snail mail was better. To the developer…. Do you know what relief and breaks are in code? The user has to have a place and a way to get back out of the page they are in. Once I pay one of my accounts, the app is done. It locks on that page. There is no way to go back, to my other account, to exit the app, or anywhere. Sad… You need testers for the app to reveal these issues in the code so you may correct them. I will gladly be a tester if needed. I can even write the code if needed but, since this app has been released for years already, I am not so sure. Please fix these issues or I have to delete and rate it in a not very good way. Frustrated customer.

Update isn’t great
The update says improvements were made to the UI, but it’s waayyy less intuitive and many more taps to get where I want. Plus, there is a never-ending notification on the app, so I’ve just had to completely turn them off which is frustrating because that is a feature I appreciate seeing when my bill is due.

New update is horrible
The new app version is absolutely horrible. Difficult to navigate and understand especially for pay as you customers.
Wants you to change your password
First time I logged into the account, it wants me to change my password. Every time I try to change the password, it gives me an error message. Might be good if you can log in, but at this point it is just a waste of data!
