When will I get my full refund 324.90 dollar back. I am show there 4 charges from HK trading LLC I don’t know what it for. It’s scam and police call fir me and say it scam. Your company vanilla gift card is fraud scam and not cooperative with customers. Me and several customers talk and already file lawsuit against your company through general attorney state

Why is it asking for MY credit card info, when this is supposed to be a app to get gift card balances… OH YEAH CUZ THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $32 a month after they give me a “free 2 day trial “ mummmm thanks but no thanks !!!

I put a credit card number in thinking there would be no charge. My card company blocked the transaction and there was a charge for $1.25. I’m deleting your app.

It takes information including credit card and the scanner doesn’t exist. It goes to a movie app. Don’t waste your time

I put my gift card info in this app and 29.90 the remaining bal on my card was taken. Apple need to monitor these crooks in this App Store. Beware!!
Not usable
Can’t get past all the ads and credit card requirement (?!?) in order to use the app for its stated purpose - ie to check a gift card balance.

Somehow this company got ahold of my apple ID password and has been charging my credit card over the past few days. I deleted the app and somehow it still says “open” when checked in the app store.
These people are dirty and you will have to spend a lot of time trying to resolve if you download.

Why my credit card info is needed?
Why do I have to give my credit card information if my card isn’t going to be charged. It states it’s used for location verification. I don’t think you need my credit card number to tell where I am located. I couldn’t get past this part to even use the app.
Not sure if your at fault
But i had bought a 25 dollar visa gift card. spent about ten dollars. saw this app put the information in and the rest of the 15 dollars was Stolen. so if your able to track anything let me know. as someone took the 15 dollars and put it into their paypal.
