Didn’t get me gift card

Never have left a review on a app but this is terrible I got sent 50 dollar gift card from my grandma for doing her nails and don’t even see the gift on the app. I tried activating didn’t work said we are sorry. Like you took the money and didn’t give my gift card this is horrible. Can’t even use it because ITS NOT THERE

Low reward

An app of the past. Max rewards seem to be 5% or $2.50 no matter how much you load on a card. Honestly not worth the hassle and risk. Uninstalling.

The best gift card app

I love giving people gift cards, but I hate shopping for them. The Granny app makes it soooo much easier to manage. I don’t have to run all over town picking up cards for everyone on my list. I can just order or send them digitally from one app. Savings? Built right in. Got questions? Boom the answers are right there. Plus I love the customization options, and everything ships fast. Seriously a lifesaver especially around the holidays and birthdays

Best Deals on Giftcards

I’m a busy dad so I normally buy gift cards as presents for family and friends.

This app lets you buy them easily and you can get deals on them so you end up saving money.

The customization option is also super cool and adds a nice touch!

Worst Ever

This company is impossible to deal with.. I used to be able to buy gift cards online with no problem every time I try now the order its cancelled as it didn’t pass the risk review ..customer serv, if they reply are rude and unhelpful they tell me there’s nothing they can do and don’t bother trying to order again. .. it’s my card in my name. I don’t know what more they want. I tried ordering off. The app is a hot mess by the way…. I get a message when I try to submit a payment that there was a problem with the cart and it had to be reset… when I look at the order history in the app and the orders are all pending fulfillment.. My card was authorized and because I’ve tried so many times it triggered my cc fraud department…. I had no idea the orders were even created!

Great Gift Idea

I needed gift cards for my adult children. Adding a family picture on the card created a keepsake for them as well as some spending money. Will use again I’m sure.

SELLS UNUSFUL CARDS

They only sell virtual card . You can’t find a card like Steam . Razer gold or any gaming gift card . All they sell is a virtual stupid card used by Sutton bank

IT’S USELESS ….. SCAM !!!!!!

They don’t sell Apple Card . Steam or good game card or gift card . They will take money in your account and you willl never see your card you bought . STAY AWAY ITS A SCAMM ONLY YOU WITH BRAINS WILL STAY OFF

This app feels like a scam

Nothing on here actually works. When I tried to place an order a message popped up that the action could not be completed. Yet the money was deducted from my bank account, and in orders the gift card just keeps saying pending fulfillment. Even trying to report a problem in app it shows error code. Refund my money!

This app has changed. From the best to worst.

This app was my best gate way to purchase gift cards on discount from 5%-15%off. Now it $1 per $100 you spend. Don’t recommend.

Can’t Even Create an Account

Tried to create an account to access digital giftcards and couldn’t even set up an account. Encountered multiple errors, deleted and downloaded the app multiple times. Do not recommend. Not user friendly.

Virtual Visa only works for Online Purchases but not AT&T

Got this card as a gift from a sweet but untech savvy relative. Cannot be used to buy gas or for in-store purchases: online use only since its not a plastic card just virtual. Works for Walmart food delivery if you remember to schedule their pickup or delivery in advance or expedited. AT&T won't accept virtual Visa gift card to refill a prepaid account online so card is limited use. Told my relative many thanks but that an online guest-only payment to my Paypal debit card would let me use the gift money anywhere anytime. Big difference.

This company has got to be one of the biggest scams only reason I gave one star is because you can’t give zero. But if you would like to see zero deal with this company!

The most unreliable company

I attempted to send a very important gift card to a friend. After I purchased, I thought everything is so easy …….but then the next day I received an email and it said your money Will be returned in 7 days and that they can’t process my order. What a joke. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a gift cards. I was really hoping that they could make it easier but no….. If I could give this a -5 I would. This Company is the worst do not use it if you expect to send a card in a timely manner.
I’m just gonna do it the old-school way and buy it at a store and mail it, at least I know my payment will go through and The person I send it to will receive it.
