Please buy a gift card from literally anyone and anywhere else. The crackhead on the street corner is more trustworthy and straightforward than whatever the hell this product is suppose to be. Do yourself a favor and do not fight use this “gift card” company. Nothing but problems and BS.

No issues in sending gift cards. Follow the steps provided to redeem the gift card for the other user. Main point is you cannot get gift cards for yourself which helps them diffuse scams.

Worst experience ever
Okay so let me explain. My mom got me Roblox gift cards using this app. Roblox is an online game which means the gift cards usually have the code on it. Or you can redeem it as an e gift card.
You see, there is no e gift card button. I told the ai assistant and it said to press the e gift card button. Hello???? it then said i can talk to a real person in about 30 minutes it’s been hours. Even from the last time i submitted it (a few weeks ago) they never responded and after pressing a lot of buttons it finally worked but not my two new ones. This is most likely a scam and do not download

Someone sent me a gift card and it did not work. Took them a day to respond to customer service with a very unhelpful explanation. As of now, still don't know where the $100 went.
Terrible
Tried setting up an account and waited for a confirmation for to be sent. The code won’t send for hours and by then it won’t even work. Then trying to log in and it does the same thing, not allowing me to activate the gift card I was sent. When I try to log in, it says I already have an account and need to link them, but obviously can’t link accounts I can’t even log in to. It feels like a scam.

This is one of the easiest and best gift card apps I’ve ever used. It charges the least amount of money for the service that provides, and it’s the easiest user experience according to my parents who absolutely love redeeming the gift cards I sent to them through giftya!! and there are so many options of gift cards to choose from!!! This company claims not to be a scam. They took my money, did not sent the gift and said it was delivered and when i proceed to rry and redeem it or file a claim all the pages give error. I try on my phone and a computer website and app!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT when its Christmas and the money just disappears like nothing. I called they dont pick up i waited 30min no one messaged me or anything im so devastated

This is the most ridiculous app and idea I’ve ever seen! Their website says there’s an option for an egiftcard. There is not. They charge you a processing fee and when they refund your money- they keep it- you don’t even get a full refund. This is the most ridiculous idea. It’s not user friendly. Don’t waste your time. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I purchased a $35 Amazon Gift Card for a friend of mine, but when attempting to activate the "gift," it immediately stated that "something went wrong." We tried everything to activate the gift: phone number, email, secondary email, another phone number, and etc. However, nothing worked in the end so we requested a refund and it stated to wait 3-5 business days. THE VERY NEXT DAY, luckily this was a VISA gift card purchasing the Amazon gift card, I see that an unauthorized transaction of $35 and some change on TIKTOK SHOP was completed WITH my VISA gift card. Safe to say, they steal your card, use as much money as they can, and never give you anything they promised. DONT USE
