Beware
Beware of using this vender. I tried to self gift myself a $15 Starbucks card. I had no idea that I couldn’t do that. I made the purchase, money was deducted from my account and now I can’t activate it. My bad, but you would think that they would flag this purchase before taking my money. Nope. I tried another vender prior to using this one. They flagged it and canceled the order before they took any money. Now I have to go through a never ending process to MAYBE get a refund and get my account deleted. Looks like a lot of other users have had negative experiences with this vendor. I should have done my research before using them. Thank God it was only 15 bucks. Save yourselves.

Not Good
I would give this 0 stars if I could.
This site does not offer regular gift cards. I was told to redeem the gift card I received, but it requires a VISA card unlike other gift cards. I redeemed my gift card to my VISA card, and the app said I could shop with it. However, when I went to a merchant to buy something, my card was declined even though it was not over the limit.
I tried to request a refund, but they refused, and the customer service is terrible, it’s mostly just chatbots. I do not recommend anyone use this site.

Not user friendly
I received a gift from a family member through this company, and the sheer amount of time it took to try to find a way to use it was very frustrating. And the Help links were not helpful at all. You can’t add it to a Google or Apple wallet either. You can no longer check your balance, it said it would add five dollars for first time activation and it didn’t—even though I had a gift card to a nationally recognized vendor. It doesn’t offer an option to create an account and password for easy login, and when I tried to figure out how to login to the app, it got stuck in a loop sending text verification codes and never actually allowed me to login. The app was very clunky. More of a headache than it was worth.

i’m only giving it 5 stars to at least make it to the top, their gift card process is complicated and when you ask for a refund they don’t give it back
Warning. Pointless.
Please buy a gift card from literally anyone and anywhere else. The crackhead on the street corner is more trustworthy and straightforward than whatever the hell this product is suppose to be. Do yourself a favor and do not fight use this “gift card” company. Nothing but problems and BS.
