The app is currently useless
There’s no useful help available on the app and no way to contact an actual person to provide real assistance. It’s very disappointing, I was forced to download the app to contact the rider but it’s just a waste of time
Expensive fee and rubbish app upgrade
The delivery fee is now extremely expensive. I’m no longer going to use this app anymore and it’s such a pity because this is the app I use mainly for my business. I’ll look for something affordable because my customers are beginning to complain and it’s chasing customers from my business

My Experience
Very useless logistics company, their customer service is so poor, I mean very very poor and their modes of delivery is very less organised! Just be ready for a moment of trauma whenever you intend on using their services!
New App is Worthless
This update is ridiculous. You can’t see your shipments. Please just roll back to the previous app.
