The app is currently useless

There’s no useful help available on the app and no way to contact an actual person to provide real assistance. It’s very disappointing, I was forced to download the app to contact the rider but it’s just a waste of time

Expensive fee and rubbish app upgrade

The delivery fee is now extremely expensive. I’m no longer going to use this app anymore and it’s such a pity because this is the app I use mainly for my business. I’ll look for something affordable because my customers are beginning to complain and it’s chasing customers from my business

My Experience

Very useless logistics company, their customer service is so poor, I mean very very poor and their modes of delivery is very less organised! Just be ready for a moment of trauma whenever you intend on using their services!

New App is Worthless

This update is ridiculous. You can’t see your shipments. Please just roll back to the previous app.

I tried to deposit money on the wallet but the money never reflected. Customer support never picks calls either . Never got a refund

I think the they’re very good but their dispatch riders are trash why would it take up to 2 weeks just to deliver my parcel closer to Ikeja Ogba here it’s going to 2 weeks it’s so bad

Bad service I assure you

You are going to regret after using this app they will take 90 days to ship your package. This is what you want then continue with them. I have nothing to say to them. It is a very bad agency. They do everything manually, which is not good or they’ve written is not what they do

Payment not working on the app

Can’t make payment with the app nd I have funded my wallet.

Money Missing in Wallet

I planned to start a gadget business in Nigeria and decided to buy from China but I was really disappointed because the £70 I put in the wallet to test the integrity of the app got missing.

A package was sent to me from Lagos it’s been a week now,I tried calling multiple times they will ask for the waybill number and do noting with it Buh to tell you it will arrive soon definitely not the 3-5day timeline you promised first and last time I would be using the company

Unnecessary data collection, Poor UI and UX

This is a very bad implementation of an app. The UI and UX is horrible. As an example, OTP was supposed to be sent to phone number (said so in app) instead it was sent to email.

The app collects a ton of data for example drivers licence image , NIN (social security equivalent ) meanwhile it states that it collects no data.

The download of the app needs to be optional to use the services of the store but instead it is mandated because they want access to sensitive data .

I will take this up with Apple.

Unreliable

Please don’t use this app or service if you don’t want to be frustrated. I paid for a pick on the 8th of November 2025 and by the 12th of November nobody has picked up my waybill. Which means it’s either a scam or they are running a dud service that will never work. State away from this app for your own good

Avoid using the COD option for your sanity sake

Please, for your own sanity, avoid using their COD (Cash on Delivery) option. After the customer picks up the package, it takes 7 days before they even credit your wallet. And once that finally happens, you’re hit with the next wave of their incompetence.I tried transferring money from my wallet to my bank account, they debited me, but nothing ever came through. To make it worse, their customer service is useless. You call, but they don’t actually solve anything.Honestly, they should just stick to logistics and drop this COD nonsense altogether.

Disappointed😒

Paid $19 dollars to send a phone from China to Nigeria; a distance of about 11,000km, and in 3days I had my phone in Nigeria.

Paid almost the same amount for phone from Delta to Kano state, about 850km and in 7days I am still asking where is my phone…

Within the same Nigeria.
This is totally bad.

Worst part, we paid 3X higher than the usual motor park people would have taken, and they would have delivered at far shorter time.

Very discouraging.

Inaccurate services projection

Why will your specify on the app thumbnail the option to send items from Nigeria to abroad, but on the maid app, you don’t have that option. What is the meaning of that ?

Poor customer service delivery

Customer service line always entering voicemail. Consistently tried for two whole days without success.

Sad!!!

It’s Sad to see a company that started with so much promise and vigor, become a zombie of its self. Just feeding on customers and rotting away at its core which is service. Used international Shipping in 2021 and Came back this year to use it again and my package gets lost in transit or has been sitting in their Houston facility unable to leave. Avoid them as much as possibly can for now until they rectify their services. They’ll stall you with investigations when you get to their physical locations but after that, that’s about the highest thing they’d do. Keep your shipments safe, GIGL can’t guarantee you safety.
